This was horrible to put together!! Things didn’t line up properly and we had to use the large screws before we could use the little ones for the back. However we got it out together after giving up and filling out the return. Then tried again and got it together. It is comfortable tho.

    • Comfortable chair, just a bit tricky to assemble
I've been using the OLIXIS ergonomic office chair for a bit now and overall I really like it. The mesh back keeps things breathable, and the lumbar support actually makes a difference during long hours at the desk. The rocking mode is a nice touch too, gives you a little movement without feeling unstable. Assembly was mostly easy, but I did run into some trouble attaching the armrest to the back of the chair. The bolts didn't want to line up straight with the holes, so it took some extra patience and a bit of wiggling to get everything to fit properly. Once it was together though, it felt solid and secure. Other than that one hiccup during setup, I have no real complaints. It's comfortable, adjustable, and holds up well for everyday use. 4/5, would still recommend it, just budget a little extra time for the armrest assembly. ... show more

    • Can work, just need to be creative
The chair itself is comfortable and nice. Castor is very fluid as well as the hydraulic up-and-down. The problem is the screw sets for the back of the chair. The individuals that made this chair, and from what I see a majority of the other chairs like it, the bolt settings in the back of the chair are not angled correctly for the lumbar support angles. The intelligent, mathematicians, and engineers that have put this chair together did not calculate that lumbar angle. This means that when you try to put the bolt into the nut, you need to have at least a 25° angle for the bolt to fit properly in which the setting is not created for that process. In the end I ended up being able to get the bottom bolts into the backing of the chair, the top bolts were not able to get the proper angle to secure the chair. This being said, the chair still works comfortable and functional. It just does not have the top two bolts in the lumbar section. ... show more

This has rolling wheels and if I could put it together Anyone can. It fits me fine (250 pounds) the seat is comfortable. They gave me all of the tools (1 tool) needed. Directions were pictures and words that are large enough for me to read. I liked the lower cost and the shipping packaging was great. I’m too big to even try the recliner. I’m sure it would do it but I have had some bad experiences in the past. Don’t be fooled by reviews that state the wheels don’t move. They do. I would buy this chair again ... show more

STOP!!! Do NOT click on Buy. This is simply the biggest piece of **** you've ever seen. Impossible to put together because all the threaded inserts are misaligned. PLUS, it came busted. One of the arm rests was cracked all the way through. And a piss poor design, too. The back attaches to the armrests which in turn connect to the base. Without three or four people, it's simply not possible to put this worthless excuse for a chair together. And don't even THINK about using it WITH the back but WITHOUT the armrests!! Can't do it. Not possible. Terrible design. Seriously, this is right at the top of the list of useless junk I've gotten from Amazon. Not Amazon's fault exactly, they just sell the crap and at least they make it super easy to return this idiotic junk. OK, maybe it IS their fault. Shipped and sold by Amazon so there's that.... Oh, it took over a week to get here, too so there's THAT as well. Yup, looks like a great deal at first. But....after spending half your life trying to assemble it.... Nope. Not worth one damn cent.
