Update Review: This is not worth buying. It is junk! Other than it being loud, the ice maker quit working in less then 5 months. Gradually the ice became less and less. The negative reviews are accurate about it being loud, when the ice drops it can be startling. Don't expect this cooler to last long.

This works great, using Norway springs jugs and do not have to pay the rental fee. The feed line in the back was not hooked up and spilled water underneath the unit during the first bottle install. I was able to remove the back and get the line hooked up properly, but just a quality control thing.

(Re: I have the least expensive unit with Hot & cold water only) After owning this cooler for 4 months I have had to replace all of the water hoses inside this unit. When they built my cooler, they cut all the hoses (inside the unit) too short and connected them on the end fittings with tiny zip-ties. They eventually pull off of their fittings and water starts flowing all over the floor. Think of the hoses as a rubber-band that is stretched too tight and eventually snaps. Luckily every time it happened, I was home... Otherwise, I'd have 5 gallons of water soaking into my hardwood floor! Also, we were getting rusty water out of the spigots, but the water I was using was clear Deer-Park water from new bottles. I eventually found a screw at the bottom of the water tank inside the unit that was left there from the factory. It made the water brown, and the tank is stained brown. It took a lot of white vinegar flushing to get the rust taste out of the unit. So far, the unit is delivering cold water, but I read that other owners with this same model have the compressor fail after 6 months, so I guess I'll see in two more months if it's still cold? Haven't used the hot setting yet, since I haven't had this during wintertime when we make tea & hot choc.
