The machine size is exactly as our old ones and fit a 5 gallons water bottle in. The hot water dispenser can fill a bottle of hot water then need a little break to heat the next bottle. It doesn't need to assemble. You just need to plug in and it starts to work. The price is good comparing to similar products.

We love our new water dispenser. I haven't used my tea kettle since. The kids love the cold water, especially on hot days, and I use the hot water for my tea all day long. It's so convenient.

The media could not be loaded. The materials used in this water dispenser are above average in quality. It doesn't take up much space. I really like its bottom-load style - it looks neat and simple on the outside, and it's both labor-saving and convenient when replacing water bottles. It requires almost no installation; I just need to plug it in, install the water bottle, and after about 10 minutes, both cold and hot water are ready to use. It's extremely convenient.

The water dispenser arrived well-packaged with no damage at all — I checked it right after receiving the delivery. This cooler is nice,it was easy to unpack and set up ,so much better than have to lift 5 gallon water jug to top loader.it does however make more noise when filling cup as it has to suck rather than drop water.

The packaging was very good. The hot, cold, and room temperature options all work great, and the cold water comes out really refreshing. The LED display and empty bottle alert are super helpful.
