The sound is great, some cables are not included so you will have to purchase separately. The remote has a big lag and the app is incredibly slow, and missing basic features (and white). I would not purchase or recommend this product because of the remote lag and utterly terrible app missing a lot of features and hard to use.

Pretty bland. However, once you load up a movie with Dolby Atmos then it literally transforms the sound space. They should have an option to convert 2.1 audio into extended stereo to utilize all speakers when listening to music. Otherwise, audio comes out just from the sound bar. Biggest annoyance is the automatic software update method. Our Bose 900 sound bar was bricked in less than a month, following an overnight update that I did not initiate. The software update did not complete as intended and it got into an infinite update loop. Bose support is very slow and it seems like they are always overwhelmed with support calls. Good luck getting to speak to a human in less than 45-60 minutes. Very horrid support response time.
