I had to replace a treadmill that I owned and used for 11 years before it gave up the ghost. I wanted a treadmill that I did not have to connect to the internet. Well, I chose the Borgusi because it was a great price, incline, various built in programs AND, as a bonus, built in Wi-Fi speakers. The new treadmill traveled all around the east coast and into the Midwest during the “ snowpocalipse” of 2026. When I finally received it, the package was damaged and I was worried. I assembled it as far as I could before discovering that a critical part had been damaged. I contacted the seller and they were VERY helpful and immediately sent out the part. I installed it and presto-zesto everything works perfectly. I would highly recommend this treadmill to anyone. The seller is very helpful too. ... show more

When we received the treadmill, the packaging was really in bad shape. The box was tore up, re-taped and you could see footprints all over the box. Consequently some of the parts to the machine were cracked. Nothing directly effected the performance of the machine, but it did have an impact on it cosmetically. The company was responsive when we reported this to them. They made it right by offering to send replacement parts or by offering a reasonable partial refund for our trouble. This definitely saved the hassle of having to reship the whole treadmill back. We have only had the machine for a short period, but it was easy to assemble and functions well for the price so far. The motor is quiet. So far we are happy with the performance of it and how the company handle our particular situation. ... show more

This treadmill is a very good compromise between price/size/weight on the one hand and build quality on the other. The build quality isn't at all bad, and I expect the treadmill will be quite durable for moderate use, but it isn't the same as a gym machine: those are much larger and heavier, built like tanks, and must be reliable when used several hours a day. This one has a relatively small footprint while still providing a decent-sized running area, folds up when not in use, and weighs roughly 100 lb. Great treadmill!!! I was so impressed with how it was packaged. Attention to detail was amazing. It was extremely easy to set up, although it took a little longer than 15 minutes. It is the perfect size and has plenty of programs and functions., including incline which is a big bonus! It runs very smoothly and I love how quiet it is compared to my last treadmill. This is a nice medium size treadmill. Not small under the desk and not large gym size. I'm 5'7" and 170 lbs And this feels very solid while walking. The pre programs are Nice and work well with the auto Incline and speed. Delivery was quick. The box showed up in good shape but when I opened the box there was a damaged part inside which they replaced Very quickly. It folds easily. The treadmill did not power on after assembly & customer service was only possible thru Amazon messaging ( no customer support# or website). I was offered $30 credit if I would try their "5 step" approach to self repair that I received thru a messaged link. When I opened the motor to start the process, I could see the ground wire to power switch was not connected (this step was not on the list, but was obvious). As soon as I fixed the power switch & started the machine, It stopped & an error warning appeared on the screen. After 2 significant problems occurred BEFORE setting a foot on this clearly cheap, defective product I decided that I needed to return & refund. Although I was refunded promptly, Burgosi insisted that I keep the defective treadmill & refused to pick it up or send me a prepaid label to return the gigantic, 120 LB box, making disposal MY problem. Amazon was useless in resolving this & after numerous calls to Amazon & online chatting they stuck me the the problem of disposal. I resolved this problem myself by hauling it out of my basement (with a dolly I had to pay $100 for on Amazon) & leaving it @ Amazon return desk @ Kohls as the clerk was attempting to tell me I needed to bring it to UPS (WITHOUT providing a prepaid label for me), I kept walking out of the store & ignored her. I bought the treadmill based on positive reviews including "great customer service"). The customer service required me to attempt to repair defective product for a $30 payout that was never given. The treadmill appeared to be cheap & shoddy & I cannot speak to its ability to function as it never actually worked. The amount of time & aggravation I went thru trying to get Amazon to remove this piece of crap from my home I will never be compensated for but have learned the lesson of being skeptical of reviews & to never buy large electronic product thru Amazon again as they will refund but not pick up defective merchandise & rather point he finger of blame on their "3rd party sellers" & leave the paying customer with the problem of disposal/removal. BUYER BEWARE I advise buying a treadmill from a brick & mortar store that will guarantee returns & buy one that costs a little more & is built better. This was by far my most disappointing purchase EVER on Amazon & I buy lots of things ... show more
