I like it so far. I’ve been using it for the past week. At first, it was a little hard to figure out the right placement to get optimal glute activation. I learned that one glute was less reactive at lower levels (I think that means it’s the stronger glute?). After playing around with it I am getting good activation on both sides. I don’t think you could wear this and exercise at the same time. The belt doesn’t move too much if I am sitting or laying down, but it is not conforming to them body and I wear some shutters over it to keep the pads firmly on my skin. If they aren’t seated properly you may get a shock. The modes are nice. Some are easier and more tingly, others are super painful but in a “this could work” kind of way. Maybe I’ll remember to update later. I am using this band every day and incorporating it into a weight lifting routine.

Works great! I see a difference already! I use it 2 to 3 times a day, the belt stopped fastening tightly, which I thought would be a problem, but as I have tightened my glutes I can tighten it more. So it really didn’t make that much of a difference. If you use it works well. I am up to intensity level 8 already!
