Alright, so I got this Auvon TENS unit thinking it would zap my pain away like a superhero. And boy, does it zap! It's like a tiny, electric friend that gives your nerves a little shock therapy session. The good news? It does work. I mean, it's not a magic wand, but it definitely helps numb that nagging pain. The rechargeable battery is a lifesaver, so you don't have to worry about running out of juice mid-shock. Now, here's the weird part: the instruction manual. It's like they wrote it in a language only aliens understand. I'm still not sure what half those modes do. Maybe they're secret settings for advanced pain warriors? Who knows? I have disc herniating in my low back, causing pain, stiffness, and spasms. I don’t want to live on ibuprofen and muscle relaxers. I love the big tens units they use in office so I decided to give this one a try. The price is great and it really helps with my back pain!! I wish there was maybe a bit more options for the modes, as many of them feel alike. However, it works great and is small enough to fit in your pocket for wearing out and about. The electrodes are super sticky too, and can be reused multiple times.

Absolutely love how many different settings and intensities this little device has, so many choices. I've had difficulties finding a tens unit that has made an impact on my back problems without just making my skin feel numb, this little guy actually makes me feel it in my back. Best money I've spent. I don't just get numb skin sensations with it. Great size it's not bulky it fits in almost any pocket, and the design is sleek and easy to use, simple and easy. Battery last a long time and with it being rechargeable you don't have to waste extra money buying more batteries which gives you and even better choice.

I have been using this TENS unit for about 2 weeks. It's a great device that is easy to use, compact, effective with very long lasting battery life. I would definately purchase again. The only thing I would recommend is a clip for fastening to pants or shirt. Otherwise, a perfect unit!!

I’ve been using tens therapy for several years now owing to back issues that reoccur. Tens is one of the best treatments for me for relief. I wanted something I could easily travel with so I could always have relief available. This unit is spot on! Tired of my 2 TENS units eating batteries fast. The charge on this one lasts long and delivers the same results as the others I have. Anyone complaining that this isn't a real TENS unit has never owned one. Lightweight and pads are sticky with included plastic pad for storage. Easy to use and definitely worth it!
