I like the bucket in the front easier to remove. Still can't add a bag in it and see through the little window and yes, it makes a big mess when I try to dump it in my waste basket. Also, 12 pages is a bit much and it gets stuck, so I keep it to 5-8 pages, and it works better. At the beginning of the year, I ran it for a while and did fine - not too hot. Note I am not a business or a person that shreds a lot during the year. It is easy to move around the room, and it does not take a lot of space, I keep under my desk. All in all it has worked fine for me.

Only been using this for a couple of weeks but so far it functions great. I’m trying to do a fairly large shredding job and it’s doing great. I don’t push it really hard as I don’t believe that it’s made for that.

Ordered this shredder since my first one finally stopped working after many years. I like the larger size and shape of this one and it shreds well with more pages at a time. I also like that it has 2 casters and rolls back under the desk. The only drawback is it is hard to remove the top to empty. This may get better with more use. Overall, pleased with it.
