It’s sooooo great! I’m a 40 year old 5’3” woman with very bad neck, back, and hands due to old injuries, yet I had no issues managing this saw! It’s lightweight enough for me to move around on my own, yet extremely sturdy. There’s a couple pieces to attach to set it up but it only took me a couple minutes and it was ready to use. Not sure why there was a slightly smaller third arm… I only saw a use for two arms- one arm on each side, which tighten into place easily by adjusting the screws on the table top above where they insert. (My manual made no mention of the third arm either. Hmm.) The blade arrived securely in its place and ready to use also- no adjustments needed. I LOVE the clamp! My previous miter saw didn’t have a clamp but this one holds so tightly that it made me feel much safer. The clamp can also be put on either side but I prefer it on the left so that it didn’t interfere with the handle once I brought the blade down. It could work on the right but just make sure it’s angled out of the way of the handle. I revved it up before my first chop to feel how powerful it is and I’m glad I did, as it has a little bit of a kick when the blade first turns on, but not bad- just a big gitty up to be aware of. This is a small and mighty machine! The drop movement glides up and down smoothly with each cut and requires no effort, while cutting pretty cleanly with the blade it came with. The blade lock on the back is sooo easy to use. Also, the blade tilts to the side very easily if I wanted to change the angle, and stays tightly secured where I put it. For my first project with this saw, I only cut at 90 degrees so I didn’t get to play with it much, but it does have good versatility for when another project needs something different. The only thing that took a little effort and a mild grunt was rotating to an acute angle- It moved easier once I loosened the knob (almost all the way out, which was more than I expected to need to), and then tightened it after I got it in its place. As for longevity, only time will tell… but for the ease of use, I’m thrilled so far. The price being so low made me question if it were too good to be true, but it’s not! This is a fantastic purchase and I’m very happy! PS- I name things that are extra awesome… I named this “My Saw Tooth” after the Sawtooth Mountain Range here in Idaho lol.

I really like this saw as it is my first mitre saw. It does everything I need it to do and is good for angle cuts. I recommend making your own wood fence as it really enhances the use of the saw. You can find these on YouTube. One minor down side. I found the depth stop to be a bit flimsy. Yet it works. Great saw for the price and for a beginner like me.

Very good miter saw that does well with plenty of power and seems to run smooth as I have cut hundreds of sections of boards with this item from 2x4 to 4x4 . Have not tried a thick piece of hardwood but it will cut through 2x4 hardwood with no issue at all. As long as you have a good carbide blade it cuts well and the adjustments work well. Seems to be durable to me after all the wood I have cut and went through 3 blades & it's still going strong.

Once I stopped being mentally intimidated by this machine, it became a joy to use. I’ve just been so happy doing home projects. I will say you have to refer back to Amazon to figure out how to use it if you’re not familiar with this type of a machine. The instructions were more assembly than how-to. I was not familiar with it.. lol. I’ve done window trim and rebuilt my home garden area with wood instead of all of the make-shifts I had. Remember to be careful and use all safety precautions. It’s heavy and powerful. Ohh and you may need a zap of wd40 to turn the dial for angles. Mine was a bit stiff.

I got this on Amazon it's not very accurate with cuts even after making adjustment used it on 6 projects and it just stopped working I do not recommend this saw spend the money on a good mitre saw you will happy
