I bought this body camera to feel safer on my 1-2 hour morning walks, and I like this device because of its long battery life and ease of use. What I like about it: - Ease of Use: I turn this model on before I start my walk, clip it to my belt (or the hem of my leggings), and then click the recording off at the end of my walk. - Good Battery Life: I recorded a 2.5 hour walk and kept the camera on the entire time. The battery was still more than 50% full when I finished my walk. - No Third Party Apps: I can make, review, and delete recordings on the bodycam itself, without using any third party app. (I like that I didn't need to install any apps or give out my personal data to use this device.) Also, I can transfer the recordings to my computer by plugging the bodycam into my computer. - Quality Footage: This bodycam has a video mode, camera mode (for photos), and a 180 degree selfie mode. The videos mode uses a wide-angle lens that shows a LOT: when I clipped it to my waist, the camera showed me, who I'm talking to, and who is standing around me within 2-3 feet (for reference, I'm 5"4. Tall people could probably see more.) The audio is a little muffled when it's windy outside, but I could make out individual words spoken in a conversation I held at normal volume with a friend. Flashlight - I use this when I'm crossing the street in poor lighting, so that cars can see me. I used to use my cellphone for this, but my bodycam has better battery life. I think the light could potentially stay on for my whole walk. Also, this bodycam fits on my cellphone stand. Overall, this camera makes me feel safer during my morning walks without slowing me down-- I love that I can clip it to my belt, go for my walk, and forget that I'm wearing it! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Quite versatile. Records pictures, sound and video. Can record video in low-light conditions. Dedicated buttons for each format to make it easy to select the one you want. Motion activated recording so you can put it on a surface and record only when there is motion. Includes 64GB SD card with USB adapter to plug into computer. Includes USB-A to USB-C charging cord. I like that it does use USB-C port for charging. Connecting the USB-C port to a computer only provides charging. It does not provide camera or SD card access. Three minor drawbacks earned a four-star rating from me. 1) while having easy to touch, dedicated buttons for each recording function is nice, it is also easy to hit them accidentally. 2) Remaining controls aren't very intuitive and you will need to read the manual to figure things out. 3) SD card is hard to insert and get out if you have short fingernails. I had to use a paper clip to do it. I include a picture showing it. SD card sits flush, which is nice. The tradeoff is the difficulty removing it. ... show more

    • Pretty Good Body Cam For the Price
So, I initially purchased this as a dash/body cam. I scooter commute to work every day and need something that could clip on my hat or shirt and record footage as evidence if an accident happens. This product works pretty well for the purpose, it is small enough so that it doesn't affect my scooter riding and could fit in my pocket after use easily, at the same time the image is clear enough to record important information such as a car plate or person's face. Love this camera, Love that it has a screen to view the video while recording. I have used it a few times now and am amazed at the sound quality as well as the video clarity. Very cool to have while outside, and being USB chargeable it's a convenient option. Also the battery lasts a long while. Very happy with this little camera, it looks nice as well! Described as a body camera of a sort yet does not possess the ease of using as such. I needed something to activate with ease as a police type body camera without having to fiddle with small buttons to turn on and record in the event a situation arises. Plan on returning.
