Would be 5 stars if not for shipping issues. Product arrived with very torn up box. There are a few dents on the mast which aren’t visible with the positioning of umbrella in our yard. Didn’t want to risk continued back and forth with exchanges also being damaged. Packaging needs vast improvement! Umbrella itself is great. Looks perfect in the yard and is super easy to operate. Quality looks good and expect this to last for many years.

This was so easy to assemble and it is very sturdy! The umbrella is really easy to operate and it rotates 360° which allows to block the sun no matter where it is. Canopy came with a couple small holes which are obviously due to Amazon's shipping. Got a quick response and immediate resolution from the company! Jf you're debating about this one, DO IT!

Very happy with this umbrella. It is solid, went together very quickly and it looks great. I bought the Redwood specifically because, it tilts to almost a vertical position which is what we need to block afternoon sun on our patio. The tilt positions are also infinite, not limited by only 5 or six fixed angles. Get the Bluu you wont be disappointed.

Thus far, we’ve had a 5 star experience with this BLUU umbrella. It’s simple to operate, provides a nice large area of shade, and looks great. You can also adjust the angle of the umbrella to follow the sun across the sky for hours of protection. We also bought the BLUU base rated for 430 pounds of sand/water, and yup…this baby isn’t going anywhere. If you’re looking for a more cost-effective sun protection method than paying for a covered porch, this is a great alternative. Cheers!

I mounted this directly to my decking through to the frame using ~$8 of lag bolts with washers and it is very stable. The fabric is nice and thick and provides great shade for our afternoon sun. Rotation and angle adjustment are just extra features we'll likely rarely use but it's nice that it is strong enough to do it.

We are very happy with our new umbrella. It was easy to set up, all parts were in the box and free of damage. The material is very good quality and seems like this will hold up for many years to come. We secured it directly to our deck and it is sturdy in light wind.
