Would be 5 stars if not for shipping issues. Product arrived with very torn up box. There are a few dents on the mast which aren’t visible with the positioning of umbrella in our yard. Didn’t want to risk continued back and forth with exchanges also being damaged. Packaging needs vast improvement! Umbrella itself is great. Looks perfect in the yard and is super easy to operate. Very happy with this umbrella. It is solid, went together very quickly and it looks great. I bought the Redwood specifically because, it tilts to almost a vertical position which is what we need to block afternoon sun on our patio. Thus far, we’ve had a 5 star experience with this BLUU umbrella. It’s simple to operate, provides a nice large area of shade, and looks great. You can also adjust the angle of the umbrella to follow the sun across the sky for hours of protection. We also bought the BLUU base rated for 430 pounds of sand/water, and yup…this baby isn’t going anywhere. I mounted this directly to my decking through to the frame using ~$8 of lag bolts with washers and it is very stable. The fabric is nice and thick and provides great shade for our afternoon sun.
