Was thrilled when product arrived. Opening the box was huge disappointment! Polycarbonate panels are cheap corrugated plastic. Support/mounting frames are plastic. Cracked plastic supports hand tightening screws, frames and frame screw holes didn’t line up, pieces of frame just fell off. Had strong thunderstorm 2 days after installation with winds which resulted in more cracked plastic frames. I’m sure they will not hold up with snow. Very disappointed in quality. ... show more
