Purchased this label printer for shipping labels and Whatnot labels. I set up my software and it worked perfectly! Show went perfectly without any issues from the label. It was very easy to set up.     • This little guy is a MUST HAVE!
We use this printer to print shipping labels, battery warnings, and even advertising that goes into the packaging process of our products. We are saving a LOT of money with this little guy. We only use our” traditional printer” for printing invoices and scanning documents. Positive: 1. There are few thermal printers at this price point that have a built-in bin to hold the label roll. 2. This is compact. I mean, it fits pretty much anywhere. 3. It seems very well put-together, with a solid plastic shell and decent weight to stay in one place and not fly around if you stump into whatever you are planning to use as a support 4. This printer prints FAST. There are no delays between sending the order to print from my computer to the printer. The label is printed in less than 1.5 seconds. Negative: 1. Installing the driver on your computer to use the printer can be a little tedious. The manufacturer provides a thumb drive that contains the driver installation software for whatever version of Windows you're running. I am running Windows 11, and it works just fine. The reason why I the driver installation process is that you have to manually select during installation the correct USB port to which the printer is connected, so Windows can now through which port communicate with it. I would like to see this instalaltion process more automated so less savvy people don't make mistakes and then blame on the product for not functioning correctly. Once installed and correctly configured however, it works like a charm. (Please, read the instructions manual one step at the time to get it right the first time). 2. Resolution could be better. Granted, for labels, warnings and barcodes, the resolution is more than enough and it serves its purpose. You can further adjust the definition and saturation in the “Quality” settings. (You can access that window through the Printer Setting dialog before printing your document). Play with the speed, and saturation values until you’re happy with the results. I am happy with a speed of 4, and saturation 6. Avoid printing designs that contain too many intricacies, or complex drawings. Basic shapes, straight lines, and characters are more appropriate at this resolution. ... show more

I ordered this label printer because I urgently needed one, and it was delivered on time, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, it did not work as advertised. The setup process was more difficult than expected, and I had a lot of trouble with the Bluetooth connection. It kept disconnecting and was not reliable with my phone. Even after I finally got it connected, the labels did not print clearly. The text and barcodes were not as sharp or readable as I expected from a shipping label printer. I spent way too much time setting it up, reconnecting Bluetooth, and trying to get a clear print. I bought this because I needed a quick and reliable solution, but it ended up causing more frustration. Very disappointed with my experience. ... show more

The 4 starts is because I have not use it yet so I can’t provide much info by now. I just opened my Jadens Thermal Label Printer as a newbie in this type of printer I have some questions so I called their company and their representative was very nice and helpful. The package came home quickly and I was the one late for being traveling lol 😂 but thank God it seems like everything that comes with the printer it’s there. It was all well packed and it came with: instructions, video and very important it’s given me and whoever purchase it access to the seller/technical support and tutorials. Me- Feeling excited after my EPSON printer has been given me a hard time it’s not printing at all. I think this printer could be the answer to my issues so YES! no more paying couriers to print my labels $3. I am actually impressed by their presentation of this company’s printer. As soon as get my hands into setting this baby up I will give you guys more info. Another plus It came with cords for Mac USB and the other type cord for any PC. ... show more
