IT WORKS! That's all I can ask for. I have my own shop and ship from home. This makes it soo much easier to send the label straight from my phone to the label printer all under 60secs it prints quickly and efficiently. They should fix the ink issue where it skips a little bit. USPS, Fed Ed, UPS have all been able to scan the labels even though the ink skips little bit. Until I can upgrade its working out!

I really wanted to trust the good reviews, but this thermal label printer ended up being a big disappointment. The app it’s integrated with is extremely difficult to use and not intuitive, which makes even basic label setup frustrating. The print quality is inconsistent — labels either print way too thick and hard to read or so light they’re barely visible, with no good middle ground. That alone makes it unreliable for professional use. Another major issue I didn’t expect is that when the printer is on, it seems to interfere with my laptop and general connectivity. As a small business owner, I’m constantly working on my phone and laptop at the same time, so this was very annoying and disruptive. What really sealed it for me was the power issue. After testing it, I unplugged the power box from the outlet, and the green power light stayed on for several minutes. I’m not an electrician, but this didn’t feel normal for a device like this. While I understand electronics can sometimes hold residual power, this made the printer feel poorly made or potentially faulty, and it definitely raised concerns about build quality. For the $40 price point, this just isn’t worth it. Between the poor app experience, unreliable print quality, connectivity issues, and the odd power behavior, I’ll be returning this and putting the money toward a higher-end option like Rollo, which seems far more reliable.

a nice printer & easy to use. however the printing can occasionally goof and leave numerous blank spots all over my labels. this doesn't affect barcodes thankfully, but that shouldn't be an issue for such a pricey printer.

I wish I would have purchased this sooner!! I switched from a laser printer to this, and am saving so much money since I don't have to buy toner anymore for shipping labels. The cost of this printer was almost the same as the cost of a toner cartridge for my printer. This was my first experience with a thermal printer and I could not be more happy with it. It's adorable so adds a cute touch to my studio office.

took a bit to figure out, it wont connect to my laptop and i needed to download an app on my phone to use it. i also have to disconect and reconect the printer every time i use it. but it works great for what i need it for
