I have used this printer weekly for a little over a year now. I have issues with it off and on but they actually put through software updates on this every now and then. It always fixes the problem. You use it with an app called label life. You can adjust the feeder to small all the way to those big postage stickers you see on shipping packages. I like the pink color and that I can use it with a roll feeder. I can buy huge rolls of stickers with no problem or smaller rolls. I’ve had no problems with print quality ever. It connects to my iPad easily every time. This has held up well over time and I can’t even tell I’ve used it. Still looks new. It has a nice big power cord that disconnects completely for storage. It’s like the laptop cords. It’s compatible with my phone or iPad. I haven’t tried it with my computer because I have no need to. It’s quick and easy to set up and use. I usually print bigg stickers and smaller stickers each week. It auto feeds in and adjusts to each size without having to change anything. It auto senses your sticker size. You still have to go into the app and tell it what size stickers your printing though to get it to print them correctly, but it will feed in on its own and adjust. If you ever have problems they have a customer service number on the top of the printer. They are very helpful and will help you reset it if needed. I’ve only had to call them once. The only downside I’ve found to this printer if I cannot get the Images to flip if the sticker roll comes flipped upside down. I cannot get it to rotate for that. But it will do sideways or right side up. When I get a sticker roll that is wrong I have to manually roll it the other way to get correct stickers. Of course I like to do cute seasonal stickers, so that might not be your problem. ... show more

This little printer is amazing! I've run an online business for nearly 16 years and have always wanted a label printer, instead of taping printed labels onto boxes...don't ask my why it took so long to order. Sleek, compact design and well priced. Set up was a bit confusing (total user error, my husband took over and had it running in minutes. Zero issues with aligning the labels. I wasted at least 50 labels trying to set this up & get it going. I was planning on returning it & bought a different one. In the end, I kept this one because I could get the Bluetooth to work with my phone (and I could not get the Label Range printer to do that). My first issue was figuring out how to get the printer to calibrate the label size so it would actually print *ON THE LABEL* — I figured it out eventually, hold the button for SIX seconds for the blue light to flash two times (not flash twice, it should flash TWO TIMES.) if you release to early, it’ll spit out a test print. I’ve been using 2x1 labels, not 4x6 labels, so the size had to be precise. Once I got it working, I was content. additionally, my advice is if you are printing a PDF, check the size & double check the size. It will reset without you realizing! ALSO, print using system dialogue, do not use the chrome printing interface for PDFs. It’s easy to print a graphic from your phone via Bluetooth if you have them in your photos app. You can also import a PDF, crop everything & set the size — and save it for later. This will make my life a lot easier for printing classroom labels next school year. I’m very excited! ... show more
