I've used this 20 times now and it is so convenient, before I was printing the labels with my printer and then taping it onto the package and it was so time-consuming and it felt wasteful using a whole sheet of paper and this really is a cheap and quick option. Good, but terrible user manual. No QA. Manual tabs are video links. Labels have a permanent 1234567 in the corner and label description has several Chinese characters in the corner that I haven't figured out how to ease. And it's in metric! What's a poor American or Liberian to do.

Umm what?! How anyone could like this printer is beyond me! First and foremost it is so obnoxiously LOUD when it is making movements internally with the paper inserting and printing and what not. Secondly I hate how you have to load labels in the backside and either do it one by one or separately buy a label roll type thing to hold labels behind the machine. Lastly, it was not user friendly for me and it did NOT WORK! Well it worked ONE time one label that’s it…. I downloaded the app followed all the directions, it said it was bluetooth connected but then hit print and nothing, freeze, spinning thing and nada. Over and over again. I click out turn off turn on start over and same. Just LOUD obnoxious noise running blank labels through part of the times. I went to the app tried to watch user help videos they wouldn’t actually play. Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about this unit and I never leave bad reviews unless it’s serious and seriously inconveniences me, seriously disappoints me, or seriously is a waste of time and money because it does not work and this hits all of those.
