So far, it's running well. Setup took only a few minutes. The printer arrived with a stack of maybe 10-12 labels to start with. It includes a USB cable to connect to your computer, or you can download their app to print from there. The app offers connectivity to TikTok Shop and two other vendors to sync accounts for printing. Otherwise, you can screenshot labels and paste them to print. I did this with two USPS labels so far and they printed fine. A few lighter spots than others, but legible and complete. It would be great if this showed up as a printer when printing from my phone to avoid having to screenshot and switch apps to finish, but for now it's doing the job. This is a nice, easy-to-use thermal label printer. Setup was straightforward, and I was able to get it connected and printing without much fuss. The print quality is decent. At 203 DPI, it isn't going to produce exceptionally fine graphics, but text, barcodes, and normal shipping labels come out clear and perfectly usable. For the kind of everyday labeling this printer is designed to handle, it does the job well. I also like the compact size. It doesn't consume much desk space, and not having to deal with ink or toner is always a plus with a thermal printer. If you are coded as provided for easy download for iOS desktop computer, and even for the lower grade android devices. All of the wiring comes with it as well as a user manual to help set you up. This isnt what I received so I can't review appropriately. I received an attendance machine. However from previous orders I know this printer to be good.     • Ended my relationship with the ink cartridge
I was printing shipping labels on regular paper and taping them to boxes like it was 2004. Getting a proper thermal label printer changed my whole shipping routine, and this one has been trouble free. Setup took about 10 minutes on Windows and a few minutes more to pair with my phone. Thermal means no ink and no toner, ever, which is the point. Print quality is sharp and the barcodes scan first try every time, which is the only quality metric that actually matters for shipping. Speed is solid. Batching out labels goes about as fast as I can peel and stick them. A few practical notes. It handles both roll and fanfold labels, and fanfold sits flatter on a desk if you are short on space. Bluetooth is convenient from a phone, but for high volume from a computer, plug in the USB and never think about it again. And the auto calibration wants a clean start, so let it feed a couple of labels the first time rather than fighting it. For a small business, this pays for itself fast. ... show more
