Very good pan. I wanted a stainless steel non-stick. It is 3 ply. Cooks food well and quick. I would use oil for high heat stickier food like burgers. I recommend rinsing with hot water immediately because food does stick. But pan cleans well especially using steel wool but it can take it. I bought this pan about 3 months ago and I’m glad I made this choice. I’ve used this pan about 10 times so far for eggs and cooking (sautéing) fresh peppers and caramelizing onions and it’s excellent for these tasks. Nothing sticks, I do use a small amount of butter for flavor, and you only have to heat the pan to a maximum between low and medium for best results. The pan heats up evenly and I believe any temperatures higher than medium are unnecessary and may overcook the food. Warm soapy water and a sponge is all it takes for clean up and I never use the dishwasher for cleaning any of my pans. I highly recommend this pan and I’m looking forward to years of flawless cooking from this heavy duty pan. ... show more

Right away I noticed how nice the stainless steel looks — it feels sturdy and well‑made — but the nonstick coating is what really makes it stand out. Eggs, pancakes, and veggies slide right off without sticking, and flipping or cleaning up afterward is way easier than with my old pan. It heats evenly across the surface, so things cook consistently without hot spots, and the size is just right for breakfasts or single‑pan dinners. The handle stays comfortable and cool to the touch while cooking, and even after a few weeks of regular use it still looks good as new. Love the blue diamond hybrid pans. They hold up to dumb cooking mistakes very well and do not get ruined if you burn something in them. Might be a little expensive compared to normal nonstick pans, but I think they are well worth it.

I've been using it for a week now and so far I am impressed. It is no doubt a non stick pan and the best I've had at that. I had my doubts due to mixed reviews and that it would need some special handling to make it work. But it just works with zero effort. I am so buying a bigger size now.

So far, so good! Though I've had them (8" and a 6") only about a month. I would say that they are well made. Nice heavy feel. The rivets for the handle are strong and well done. The new technology for the cooking surface is interesting. I've used stainless steel cooking utensils on it and the surface is not scratched or chipped. However, they do come with lids.
