Read the instructions and follow them. I’ve been cooking for a long time and have always used high heat for frying - don’t do it with these pans. As they state medium heat (it may be a little slower), is the way to go. You will get great results in the end, and it keeps the pan from scorching. You can cut way down on oil & butter, and still have non-stick results. I’ve only had it for a couple weeks, but I’ve tried it with a variety of foods - I think it’ll be one of the best pans ever! I’ve been using this nonstick stainless steel 10” frying pan a lot lately, and it’s quickly become my go‑to for everyday cooking. Right away I noticed how nice the stainless steel looks — it feels sturdy and well‑made — but the nonstick coating is what really makes it stand out. Eggs, pancakes, and veggies slide right off without sticking, and flipping or cleaning up afterward is way easier than with my old pan. It heats evenly across the surface, so things cook consistently without hot spots, and the size is just right for breakfasts or single‑pan dinners. The handle stays comfortable and cool to the touch while cooking, and even after a few weeks of regular use it still looks good as new.     • Good pan but induction compatibility is questionable
Size: 10" Frying Pan Skillet
I have now owned this pan for a little more than a month, and it is used daily, sometimes multiple times in a day. Regularly for eggs, sometimes fish, etc... I have owned other regular ceramic non-stick pans in the past at a similar price point and generally replace them after the non-stick starts to wear after about 2 years. I'm writing this review given that context. The good: The pan is scratch-resistant and flatter than some of the other similar pans I have owned in the past. The non-stick seems to work well (as expected) with daily use. I have not experienced any staining, although I tend to follow the guidance of medium heat and use some oil when cooking. The flatness of the pan allows you to really take advantage of the pan size. The not so good: The induction compatibility is the worst by far compared to any other pan or pot that I own or have owned in the past. Specifically, it takes significantly longer to heat up - I suppose it does heat up, so it can be called "compatible," but I would call it very disappointing. On induction, while taking significantly longer to heat, it is not clear if it is actually heating evenly, given how the food itself cooks. Given some of the other reviews, I do wonder if the not cooking evenly is due to induction? ... show more

Very good pan. I wanted a stainless steel non-stick. It is 3 ply. Cooks food well and quick. I would use oil for high heat stickier food like burgers. I recommend rinsing with hot water immediately because food does stick. But pan cleans well especially using steel wool but it can take it. I purchased both the 8" and 10" version of these pans and we have used them for just over a month. The nonstick coating has already worn off and the stainless steel around the rim and bottom is stained and impossible to clean. We have been careful to cook using only low to medium heat and have always handwashed these pans. I would return them but unfortunately, I am just a few days beyond amazon's 30-day window. This pan has been absolutely amazing! I have been using it every day and it still looks like brand new! I use low - medium heat only and cook everything! Eggs, chicken, meats, potatoes, grilled cheese. The cheese doesn't stick to the pan either, it wipes riggt out! So happy with this purchase!
