This pan is perfect for what I wanted it for. I can easily fit 4 chicken breasts in there with plenty of room so that they evenly cook at the same time. It also allows me to make enough of Pomme Maxim for the whole family because I can add a layer of potatoes due to the size of the pan. It has a great nonstick surface, & the heat is evenly distributed around the whole pan. I also love the fact that I can put it right into the oven to finish cooking something that needs to be roasted. But keep in mind, this is a VERY big pan. IT'S EXACTLY THE RIGHT SIZE I was concerned when I read the reviews stating it was frequently returned for being too big. However, we are a family of 5 (two parents, a 24yo, and twin 19yo). We don't have a lot of free time, with 3 college students who all work, and two full time jobs for the parents. So we meal prep. We do that by cooking double or triple batches of everything. Fettuccine, spaghetti, beef roast, Mac & cheese - you name it, I've poetically probably made it for a Scout troop, a potluck, or end of Little League season. This is The Pan (tm) I've been dreaming of. No more standing in the kitchen for 8 hours! No more spills over the edge of the 11" standard fry pan! Joy from the teens, excited they can pack lunch instead of a dry sandwich that cost $20 in the work cafeteria! The same food, work the same texture and consistency, for the whole week! This pan isn't too big, it's finally big enough! Wish it came with a lid, but the generic 14" lid in the search results (the one you attach the handle yourself) is a perfect fit. 5/5, would recommend, definitely spring for the lid too. ... show more

Have most pieces and ordered the 14inch frying pan and 5 qt pot. They came together in a huge box with very little packing. The pot was fine, but the frying pan was scratched and missing the coating around the top edge. Had to send it back

These didn’t last 6 months. I am a professional, worked in comercial kitchens for overs decade, and I know how to baby a pan. Hand washed this pan only, never used metal utensils, never used on excessive heat. Just a simple glass top range at home. These pans are absolute junk and I would never use this brand again. They worked for about 5 months and now EVERYTHING sticks to these. I couldn’t even get a pancake to slide off. Even bacon sticks to these! Bacon is self-lubricating! I couldn’t get bacon to stick to a piece of sheet metal that was heat up with a blowtorch…These stick worse than an aluminum pan with no butter. Do not waste your money. ... show more

This 14” pan is durable, heats evenly (incredibly important!), hasn’t scratched when housekeeper accidentally places sharp knives in it, cleans super easily & looks beautiful to boot! Could not be more thrilled. Only issue is I really need another 14” in a different color, since we’re kosher & so need separate cooking sets, but so far I’ve only seen this 14” size in blue here. Hope you make it in any of the other colors in this size soon! Just bought the smaller pans in various colors, 3 more!, and cannot wait for them to arrive. I feel like I’m finally cooking with safe pans I can trust. ... show more
