We've been using this cookware for about 6 months now and it's still performing brilliantly. We've been through so many brands of nonstick cookware. But after trying out Blue Diamond frying pans from Target, it was clear which full set to invest in. All the pans in our set are still clean and untarnished. None of the burn marks that can show up on other non-stick pans (I'm looking at you GreenPan). PRO TIPS: 1) Cut back on the heat settings. These pans distribute heat very well. So if you normally cook at Medium High, cut back to Medium. You'll avoid burning or cooking too fast. 2) Get the set that can go from stovetop to oven to table. Less dishes to wash and the cookware keeps the food warm. 3) You can burn food to the bottom of these pans. Too hot too fast will burn anything, no matter the cookware. Just put some water into the pan and let it sit (no need to boil it). Half-hour later, that char will come right off. 4) You can use metal utensils with these pans. They won't scratch. But plastic will do too. Try them out if you want an affordable cooking set that performs well-enough for a home cook. ... show more

These pans were so worth the money spent and are so well made they will probably be the last set I buy. The forest green color is stunning and perfect for my kitchen. They are completely scratch resistant and there does not seem to be any hot spots while cooking. Would definitely recommend!

I absolutely love this cookware set! I’ve had it for a little over a year now, and it’s held up amazingly well. My last set didn’t survive a roommate who thought it was okay to use metal utensils and even cut food in the pans with a sharp knife — completely destroyed them. As soon as he moved out, I bought this set, and what a difference! Even with another roommate who wasn’t exactly gentle with them, these pots and pans still look brand new. Not a single scratch, no weird stains, nothing. They’ve been through a lot and still cook like a dream. By far on my budget this set has done very well. The color is amazing and the nonstick is a bonus. I unfortunately have an electric stove so heat distribution is hard to pin point on the pans but so far so good. Love love love.

Love the nonstick parts and the quality of the pans themselves. The handles are not covered or insulated so they get HOT with the rest of the pan. We have to use towels and oven mitts when cooking or moving the pans while cooking.
