I've had this umbrella for 3 years and it has held up really well. The color has faded a bit but is still recognizable and looks decent. The crank and tilt still work perfectly. We close it when not in use and store it in the garage for the winter. This umbrella is a great value at this price point!

I bought my first one (green) in 2022- it has held up so well and I loved it so much, I bought another one in blue and am now purchasing my 3rd in orange. I have all 3 in my yard. They are sturdy and hold their colors well. I do use a heavy water-filled base due to our high winds here. The cranks "crank" without fail and the umbrella ribs are still intact after near-daily use putting it up and down (I'm using it in the backyard for plant sun protection). I have had zero issues with them, they look so pretty. I love that they tilt, also. I've had multiple other brands of umbrellas (this Texas sun is harsh, y'all!) and they all lasted one season before disintegrating and fading. Nice quality standard 9 ft umbrella. It was easy to put together and does the job. Canvas is typical quality. The strap has to be tied as opposed to a velcro or other type of closure. Easy enough to put up and down. Good quality for this price point.

    • Nice Patio Umbrella at a Reasonable Price

Just received this today. Seems like it's as well made as any other patio umbrella I've purchased (and I've purchased a few over 40 years). Have a smallish deck that really won't accommodate one of the larger umbrellas so I buy these 9 foot umbrellas that mount through the hole in my patio table. I always look for an aluminum pole, ability to tilt, and a nice crank to deploy the umbrella. This umbrella has all of those features. One thing I don't like is the fact that, if I correctly read the description, the umbrella ribs are NOT aluminum. That means they may well rust and the paint will peel off of them. But only time will tell and we're going to have to wait and see how it goes. And I don't know how long the fabric will last either. Again, time will tell. But overall I'm pleased with this purchase. The item seems well made and I'm expecting to get several seasons of use out of it. I also have to tell you that the seller reached out to me BEFORE the umbrella arrived (it arrived overnight). They told me that the color I selected could look different from the picture on Amazon due to lighting conditions and they offered to work with me should that be the case. While I haven't taken them up on their offer I think that's a real plus on the part of the seller - they cared enough to tell me about this. ... show more

I have purchased numerous umbrellas in the past. Unfortunately they were Gone with the Wind. This is a very good value for the money. I paid more for less in the past. It is so attractive and larger than the others by a foot. It really adds pop to my deck as it matches my shutters and looks good with my new patio table and chairs. Glad I held onto the base so as not to have to purchase another. Thanks. You won't be sorry. It actually read that most people do not return theirs. What does that tell ya. ... show more
