This was the best deal I have been able to find for camera sets. I was looking for a doorbell along with matching cameras for my backyard and these were perfect. Only thing that I have found is the battery life does not last so still trying to work through the settings.

    • New Blink App/system is terrible!
Have had Blink Outdoor cams since the beginning of the Blink Product. Went from a few cams to 4 sync mods and 22 cams. Even have the vid storage plan. I monitor my yard, house and wildlife. Worked great until beginning of this year, Jan/Feb. 2024. Blink completely changed the app, replaced totally a great functional app and operating system! NOW, notifications are very slow, if you get them at all. Cams do not work all the time, with no rhyme or reason. Had a trespasser around my home and did not get a notification for 2 hours! Trespasser walked under 4 cams, only 2 picked up. All had good batts and per app, were functioning. Cannot review vids without going back and forth between screens, the list goes on and on. Where as before, no extra steps, system worked fine! Why did they replace it? Contacted Blink on numerous occasions. Reps checked my system and said, "system is fine. It is the new rollout app. We are working on it". And cannot go back to old system and app. Given the LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY invested in this system, will let equipment attrition wind down my Blink system. Then will find something else. The old adage applies here, "IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT"! CANNOT RECOMMEND AT THIS TIME. ... show more

    • Cannot reset system remotely if power outage and you are out of town
The blink camera, sync module or doorbell will not work if you have a power outage and are out of town. You cannot reset any of these remotely. What is the use in buying if they can’t be reset remotely? The purpose of the cameras is to watch your house while you are out of town.
