These arrived over the weekend and we mounted them today. We live in a historic home with very few outlets. Since these do not require a plug, we are hopeful they can be the light needed by our bedside. Tonight my husband said our bedroom feels like a hotel. I’ll take it. They are dimmable, with 3 different light temperatures. They have a timer to make it easy to turn off when it gets late. I love that they each came with their own remote. We have an adjustable bed, so it can be a pain to reach behind myself to turn off the lamp. I think these things can be a game-changer. Time will tell. ... show more

Love these!! My ONLY issue is that the bulb timers don't work. I reached out to the seller; we'll see what happens from there.. UPDATE: The seller told me they would let their engineers know about the timer issue.. That doesn't really help me with the bulbs that I have. I didn't see any other reviews mentioning an issue with the timer so maybe I got defective bulbs :-/ ... show more

    • Lamp Shades Are Bent and They Do Not Hold A Charge For Long

These lamps have a well painted metal base and the base itself is sturdy. The fabric shade is a nice touch, however, the shades were improperly packed. This caused the shades to be compressed, deforming one side. I am hopeful I can overcome this by heating the shade with a hairdryer in an attempt to reshape the convexity of the shade's plastic. An additional problem with these lamps is that they do not hold their charge as long as specified in the Amazon description. I estimate the charge holds for 3 - 4 hours at most. In fairness, I believe I have had these lights lit at near or exactly 100% brightness. Still it is difficult to imagine that they would stay lit for up to 30 hours. Considering both issues, I would return these shades, but for the fact that they are the size and style needed for the space I intended them for. ... show more

Cute, easy to install, sturdy, affordable.. at 5 days of use so far but also don't use them all day just as needed to light up a dark space. One arm on one light is slightly crooked, but it's barely noticeable and doesn't impact use or stability (not easily bent so belive the bend happened during manufacturing).. it was exactly what I needed cause I had no plugs on that wall and it was very afforable ... show more
