I was looking for a good steam mop that I can use in multiple areas in my studio and this one did not disappoint. It cleaned the grout in the bathroom so easily and effortlessly, the pictures speak for themselves. I think the hot air messes with the bristles of the brush though, so you might have to replace them from time to time, as they get bent. I wish the brushes could be used with the floor extension, because cleaning the grout was a bit uncomfortable, as I was crouching the whole time. I have yet to try the small detail and metal grate brushes, but I'm sure they'll work just as well as the grout brush does. I also tried the squeegee on my mirrors, it didn't leave any streaks or droplets, my mirrors have never been so clean! I used the floor mop head for cleaning my tiles and hardwood floors after mopping, it did get some extra dirt off, and made the apartment look and smell cleaner. The pivoting mop head is very versatile, I used it on baseboards, walls, as well as cabinets, it's super easy to move around and gets rid of stuck dirt fast. The garment steamer looks promising, I haven't used it yet but I'm so glad that I don't have to purchase a separate steamer for clothes. The unit is kind of heavy because it holds a good amount of water, however the water easily lasts 10-15 minutes, I only had to refill the tank once. Overall, this is a very useful tool for cleaning various parts of your home, I love that it comes with multiple attachments, even a storage bag to put all the accessories in. Great steam mop and affordable. Used it to clean the bbq grill and did great. Puts out plenty steam. Steam does slow for a few seconds as it builds pressure up again but not a problem. Would recommend.

Use the steamer for cleaning grout in showers and floor. Works well - but its hard to find replacement brushes. The floor steamer for my wood floors also works very well. Doesn't work that great on the shower doors (sadly).

It was on sale so I finally purchased the steam cleaner/mop I had been thinking of forvv co two years. Love that it can be used as mop or handheld. I also purchased an additional accessory set bc I put a lot of wear and tear on it. Cleans well! Wish it came with more than on mop head.

I purchased this item in late February and had it sitting in its original box until May when I needed to finally use it. I used demin water to avoid introducing any unnecessary particulates and after turning it on, letting it heat up, then turning on one of the steam settings... there was no steam. You can hear the apparatus working but there's no steam generating from the system itself. I've reset the system several times and even emptied out the tank and refilled with more demin water but that doesn't seem to help. Other attachments aren't making a difference either. It's too late for me to return this item but I would not recommend purchasing this item. I've owned various steam mops by Bissell and have never had an issue but figured I'd go with Black & Decker this time but that appears to have been a mistake. ... show more

ETA: After two or three uses, the little plastic peg that holds the attachment on broke. I found the box and returned it. I saw an infomercial for another brand of steam cleaner that looked amazing. I never know if infomercial products are as wonderful as depicted. I chose this one because it has similar features with a lower price tag. My primary goal was to remove the film from glass shower doors. We have soft water and we get deposits from water droplets. I don't know what they are. Because we have soft water, I filled the steamer tank with water treated by reverse osmosis. I tried it with the squeegee attachment. Not sure that it did anything at all. I spritzed the glass with vinegar and tried again, but still didn't see any significant improvement. I sprayed the glass with a foaming shower cleaner, waited until the foam broke up, and tried again. MAYBE it was a little cleaner. On tile floor, without mopping first, the steamer seemed to pick up some dirt. It didn't remove a few mystery drips. The steamer with no attachments might have helped on brushed nickel fixtures. I'm still trying it. I've discarded the huge box it came in, and it would be impossible to fit the cleaner back in it, anyway. Overall, I'm not thrilled with what I've seen so far. ... show more

I’ve been having so much fun trying all the different attachments! So far, the round scrubber brush is my favorite. My tiles have natural grooves that have accumulated years of grime so for my first cleaning I’m on my hands and knees steam blasting it but it does the job! The grout scrubbing brush is perfect for this, too. When I’m done with this first deep cleaning I hope to maintain it with a quick steam mop every few days. In “mop mode” it glides very smoothly over my tiles. I also like that it stays on and I don’t have to hold a button (I had read other models make you hold a trigger button the whole time which can be tiring). My one con is that it doesn’t stand in its own like my last steam mop, but I wasn’t going to pay $15 more for the holder. ... show more
