Easy to use. The cleaning results were visible immediately even on carpet that did not look dirty. The directions were clear and simple. You definitely need to read and follow the directions to protect your carpet and flooring, but it is truly basic common sense instruction. Nearly all of the water was removed by the cleaner and the carpet was dry very quickly (within about 30 minutes). This machine makes no more noise than a regular vacuum cleaner. It is light enough to maneuver but still sturdy enough to do the job. The machine can handle a whole house carpet clean and is a reasonable choice for a limited area touch up. The price is around the cost of a one-time rental. For a hallway and small dining room deep clean, I filled the tank two or three times. It takes about two minutes to empty, clean, and refill the tank. If you can use a similar vacuum, you can handle this carpet cleaner.

One pass over and the difference is astounding. Its light weight. Gets the job done. The stains vanished in real time. Cleaning solution smells sooo good. The cord length reached enough for me to even get slightly tangled in it hehehe (im clumsy) its easy to set up and clean afterwards. I had vacuumed the floor prior and this thing picked up more dog hair than my standard bissell so id say the suction is great. I love that its not a clunky one it looks sleek and cleans REALLY well. The after photos in the collage the floor is still went the secondary photo by its self is half dry.

This machine is affordable, easy to assemble, light weight and compact. It worked very well on my 2 year old, 9x12 area rug. It was not heavily soiled, but definitely needed to be cleaned. The first dirty water tank came out nearly black. The second was almost clear. I am very impressed and pleased with the end results. Highly recommend for home maintenance.

The media could not be loaded. Works like a charm—powerful and easy to use I was pleasantly surprised by how well this carpet cleaner performs. I initially put it together just to test it out, following the directions, and ended up cleaning two bedrooms and a couple of area rugs because it worked so well. It removed several "stains". Therapeutically speaking it tweaked my cleaning compulsion!!!! It’s easy to assemble, lightweight, and very effective at pulling up dirt and refreshing carpets. The included cleaning formulas are a great bonus and handled everyday messes with no problem. The only drawback is that I wish the dirty water reservoir were larger, since it fills up quickly when you’re doing multiple rooms. That said, it’s a small trade-off for how well it cleans. But I suppose that's what those larger rental units are for- "industrial" like cleaning. I'll trade the handy convenience of pulling this one out the closet . Overall, this machine does exactly what it promises and is perfect for regular home use. I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend. Got to go - heading to attack my mothers apartment!

This cleaner worked wonders on my carpets! I love how easy it is to fill the tank, and empty the dirty water. I actually do really love the size it’s easy to move around and it’s not super bulky. Love the accessories and bag for them. Super easy to clean and parts come off easily. Would recommend to anyone and everyone who has a carpet!!

The ONLY mistake I made was waiting over 2 years to shampoo the carpet, ugh! I have 2 small bedrooms w/carpet and this unit did the job well in spite of my lack of regular shampooing. It's a nice sized unit to use in smallish areas, easy to maneuver and lightweight- it rolls along quite easily. Cleaning performance is very good, all in all a good purchase - the ONLY downside is that since the unit is relatively small one finds they end up dumping the dirty water reservoir and also filling the clean/soap water chamber frequently, but this is minor issue.

Great for deep stains. I have a god who constantly is marking things since this is a new apartment and it came it perfectly for that purpose. Deep cleans and gets the stains out. I can tell my carpet wasn’t cleaned before I moved in because it pulled so much dirt from the carpet when I first used it. It does spray a little rapidly so make sure you’re only holding the trigger down as needed. My water gets really hot from the pipes in my building and it was the perfect level of heat needed to get the job done! It sucks up the water very well so when you’re done it’s like a slightly damp feeling not too wet and not dry so it doesn’t take long to dry up! Overall 9.5/10
