Only used it a couple times so far. Did my entire sofa, the water was black! It worked great. Smells so much better now. Suction is really good. It's getting all the stains out and the water proves how it's lifting the dirt out. The only thing I question is this motor fan being directly on the bottom of the unit. So when it is setting on any surface it's being completely blocked. Usually any type of motor or fan needs air flow. Hopefully this doesn't burn up the motor. I did have issues with the dirty water container spilling dribbles of dirty water out when I removed the container to empty it. That kid is not very secure. A better design could have helped. The suction hose is really stiff and keeps kinking as I try to use it. Hopefully it gets better with time. Love the compact and light design. I hope this last, because it's a good tiny easy unit to use. ... show more

This little green proheat carpet cleaner is an absolute must if you have dogs. I have used it so many times to clean up puke or pea for our new puppy that it has paid for itself several times over. If this ever dies I will buy one that day to replace it. Absolute joy to use and super easy to clean up and setup. Takes me minutes to get it ready to clean up a fresh dog mess and only a few more minutes to clean up and put away. Very well designed! ... show more

We’ve had this for about 6 months now, and I can absolutely say it has paid for itself within that timeframe. We’ve got a busy household with 2 teen boys, a toddler, and a dog, so needless to say, messes happen :) This has gotten out stubborn stains that I’ve tried numerous other applications on, on upholstered chairs and carpet. But the main reason why I felt the need to come on here and give it a review was when we were replacing the ventilation fan in our bathroom, we had painted around it with Kilz (super thick!!) and the can was still in that room. Our toddler knocked it over and I kid you not, at least half of the quart sized can was on our carpet in the closet. It took a few applications (and a couple times of cleaning out the machine itself) but somehow that entire spot is cleaned and you truly can’t even tell! There is no way in the world a stain like that would have gotten out in any other way. This thing is worth its weight in gold. Mic drop. ... show more

This machine has been a godsend. We've had ours for about 2 years and it still works great. It gets out cat puke stains from our beige carpet and we also use it to spot clean our couches, too.
