I have a long haired cat and wirey haired dog. The fur is non stop in my house. I also hate cleaning. This combo allows me to both sweep and mop and the amount of fur it picks up is incredible. I do have to stop multiple times to clean out all the fur in all the nooks and tubing, but even after doing that it still picks up more fur. The small downsides are that it won't fit under certain furniture (like all vacuums) and the canister that holds the water is super small so it doesn't take long before you have to stop and fill it up with water again (and clean out all the collected fur/debris). The light is really helpful to find all the flying fur and see spots you missed. I am very pleased with this product and my cleaning has been cut down since using it. ... show more

Update August 30 2025: I officially hate this mop. I don’t even have any pets or pet hair and so I don’t think I’m over taxing it on my laminate flooring, but it leaves dirty puddles of water every single flipping time. Yes I clean the roller every time. Yes, I empty and clean the tank and filter every time. Yes I do everything the videos tell me to do and still I end up with dirty freaking water on the floor every single time. I HATE THIS APPLIANCE. I just missed the return window, so what a waste of money this turned out to be. PRIOR REVIEW: While I’m glad I bought it — It wasn’t what I thought. I don’t think I understood fully that this is indeed a wet and dry mop, but it’s ALWAYS a wet and dry MOP that vacuums at the same time. I thought I could use it as JUST a vacuum as well. Nope. It uses the damp spray and damp roller every time on every surface so when I move from my laminate flooring to my carpeted flooring, the carpet it’s going to get slightly damp mopped whether I need it or not. Also minus a star because it does not get close enough to baseboards to clean anything up or near there whether it’s damp mopping or vacuuming. The “carriage” for the roller area is just large enough that you’re not going to be able to do any up close detail work in corners, against baseboards, under kitchen cabinets or furniture without much clearance. All that said, when I damp mopped my laminate flooring in the kitchen, hallway and bathrooms that cleaning water I dumped out was black with filth! Good job for the non carpeted areas. Wasn’t hard to clean the rollers —but no way would my elderly mother be able to do this bit. She wouldn’t be able to unsnap and then snap the roller area for cleaning because it’s just too tight and requires a bit too much strength for anybody elderly or frail to handle. ... show more

Best thing I've ever bought! I have two older incontinent 60lb dogs in my house that make ALL the mess (hair and otherwise). This vacuum cleans it all! It sucks up all the hair then beautifully cleans the floor with the wet vac. It cleaned my entire living room floor and some of the kitchen with one tank! It is PREFECT for spot cleaning too. On top of what a great cleaning tool this is, it's lightweight and rechargeable. I can lift with with one arm no problem. I pop it on and off the charger to spot clean all the time. So easy to use! And the charging platform is fairly small and fits great in my little nook in the corner of the living room out of the way. I would definitely suggest buying a big thing of the cleaner solution when purchasing, as the little one they give you only lasts about 3 tanks. I would also recommend buying am extra roller so you have a dry one to switch out after the self cleaning cycle if you're doing a larger area. ... show more

If you are OCD, this isn’t the wet vac for you. It leaves an untouched area against walls no matter what you do. It also can not go under furniture etc. Which for me isn’t an issue, but might be for others. If you’re just looking for something that is more convenient than a normal mop & isn’t time consuming then I’d get this wet vac. I personally love it. It is so much easier & less messy than a mop+bucket. I do however have to clean it after every use and do not let it sit with water in the reservoirs because I saw from a different review that it will leak over night. I haven’t tested that theory though. It doesn’t have the best battery life so I have to choose what I want to clean. I wish the battery was removable and you could switch them out. That way I could have one on the charger, but it is what it is. For a weekly cleaner (which is in my opinion the best use for this vacuum) it works very well. I can do most of my first floor with it. The suction on the vacuum was super surprising. I have heard some wet vacs don’t vacuum very well, that is not the case with this guy! From what I could tell the carpet cleaning isn’t like amazing or anything, but it does do it! So if you do want to get rid of your other vacuum entirely it is possible. I personally have (2 dogs) and a 2nd dry vacuum that is really nice. So I use that first (less debris for the wet 1 to pick up) then I use the mop vacuum. I have 2 dogs and hard wood floors this says it will take care of it but they never do so I put it to the test I did not dust mop the floor first. I did my entire house, living rm, kitchen, halls and entry and 2 bathrooms. It did great ! I did have to charge it before the bathrooms but I did the entry 2 times. Got all the hair and dirt, the paw prints that were there gone. Now i use it all the time for both quick clean up and weekend duty too The machine is easy to clean love the self clean option and really like how it stores. If I would want any changes it would be for it to be able to go under things better and an extra roller. Was worth every penny for me and I would buy it again. I also took it to work to clean bathrooms at a school I will be buying 2 for my staff. ... show more

1)While vacuuming, water spits out of the bottom of the dirty water canister. 2)After the vacuum is shut off, as it’s lifted into the charging tray, it leaves large dirty water drops on the tile. 3)After the floor is dry, “stripes“ from the wheels are visible on the tile across the length of the room. 4)Requested return/refund because these issues are not something I’m willing to correct or clean up after every use. ... show more

I bought this because I have an elderly dog who gets kidney stones with a UTI a few times a year and would sometimes pee in the house. I would mop repeatedly but there was a lingering smell. (I have wood floors, not natural hardwood though). I bought this to help deep clean those areas. And it was fantastic! It got rid of the smell! Although I mop frequently, this crosswave always cleaned up more, so much more. My whole house was so refreshed. Its do easy to use and to maneuver. My only complaint is the battery life. I am not able to clean my whole 2400 sqft house in one charge. Its not a deal breaker though, I do get most of it done before I have to let it recharge. I just do other stuff in between and I dont really notice it as an issue any more. If you want a deep clean, I recommend. If you have pets, I definitely recommend. If you want to cut your clean time down, I recommend. If you want your home to smell better, even if you dont think it smells, I recommend. ... show more

I love this machine for spot cleaning little stains in my carpets. It gets the stain out with a few passes, set in stains take two days ( because the carpet needs to dry in between) but everything comes out and with 5 animals. . . But the regular vacuum functuon is very poor it barly picks up anything dry. Eveytime I use it on my hard floors it gets clogged with the amount of pet hair is is picking up. I have to clean it out 3 to 4 times every time during cleaning to empty the hair from the dirty water collection cup, the inside of the roller cover, behind the roller, and the top bottom side of the filter .I still have to go around before using it and sweep. And after I have to go around and dry my floors othe wise there would be puddles every where. I would rather use my mop and bucket leves less water behindmy regular mop also get closer to the edges and basebords then the machine can.I do like the self cleaning function but Iit take to long to clean after the self cleaning and it take over 2 full days for the brush head to dry befor you can use it again.I had to buy 2 extra to be able to use it every day. I have no issues with the battery life it has never went bellow 2 bars on me even with cleaning the whole house. If you looking for a good hard floor carpet cleaner I would look else where but if you need it to spot clean your carpet ,which was the major reason I purchased it, it works well soI am happy with it, but I wont use it on anything except for the carpet other wise it's too much of a hassel. ... show more
