Best thing I've ever bought! I have two older incontinent 60lb dogs in my house that make ALL the mess (hair and otherwise). This vacuum cleans it all! It sucks up all the hair then beautifully cleans the floor with the wet vac. It cleaned my entire living room floor and some of the kitchen with one tank! It is PREFECT for spot cleaning too. On top of what a great cleaning tool this is, it's lightweight and rechargeable. I can lift with with one arm no problem. I pop it on and off the charger to spot clean all the time. So easy to use! And the charging platform is fairly small and fits great in my little nook in the corner of the living room out of the way. I would definitely suggest buying a big thing of the cleaner solution when purchasing, as the little one they give you only lasts about 3 tanks. I would also recommend buying am extra roller so you have a dry one to switch out after the self cleaning cycle if you're doing a larger area. ... show more

I expected the unit to be a little larger and as of right now I’m not getting the whole house done because of the battery life I have large rooms and it runs out after 20 minutes It’s a little messy to clean but that’s because it’s working good I guess

I have waited for this to go on sale and honestly…I would have paid full price earlier if I would have known how amazing this thing was! It’s mud season and I have three dogs. This vacuum/mop has changed the game. I got the cordless one. It does take a little time to clean it all out once done but not nearly as long as it would for me to sweep AND mop. I am beyond excited! It worked great! Only had to add water once and I did my basement, living level, and kitchen. Suction is great. It’s light weight. I am So happy with this! ... show more

We recently moved into a new home with all hard surface floors. We have a mix of tile, travertine and wood floors. We also have 3 Shih Tzu dogs, so this was a welcome tool in our efforts to keep it clean. It comes with sample size bottles of the multi-surface floors cleaner and also the floor sanitizer. The sample sizes are enough for about 2-1/2 tanks of solution. You mix roughly a quart of hot water and the specified cleaner volume in a tank that snaps into the back side of the vacuum. The front tank has a series of filter to separate hair and larger chunks of debris and then the smaller ones get caught by a fine screen and finally a paper filter. The cleaner action is accomplished by a mix of vacuum, a roll brush and finally a squegeee like vacuum that dries the floor. The instructions indicate you clean moving forward and then remove the solution as you pull back. It does a great job of cleaning the floor and leaves it feeling clean, not sticky. I will admit I was quite surprised how dirty the water in the waste tank was. The vacuum has a very good light system on the front and even if you are in a poorly lit area, there is plenty of light to see what you are doing. The vacuum has two modes, one for hard surface floors and the other for cleaning area rugs. I’m not sure what the area rug mode does or does differently. I’ve only used on on hard surface floors. The vacuum is battery powered and it has enough run time to go through 2 full tanks of cleaning solution with battery to spare. The unit stores in a base that also serves to facilitate the automatic cleaning of the brush system and also to charge the vacuum. Cleanup consists of dumping the waste tank and rinsing the filter sections except for the paper section. I also rinsed the solution tank and set it all out to dry. The cover for the brush system also should be rinsed and left out to dry. The base holds the brush roll in the upright position to facilitate its drying. It’s really pretty quick and easy to cleanup which I find particularly important because if it takes very long to clean up, I am less likely to use it. Overall I am quite pleased. I would rate this 3.5 stars. It doesn't have a strong enough suction to remove pet hair from my rugs. Ill need something else to remove the fur from my rugs 😞 For +$300 I expected not to have to double clean. Also it has a short battery life. It's drained after approx 2 rooms. It seems to work well on hard floors, is lightweight so easier to use on stairs and easy to take up/down stairs. ... show more
