This is what every mom needs! I like to use with plain water and a few drops of essential for a completely clean non toxic house. It is way better than a vacuum alone but takes the place of one. Good long battery life around 1/2 hr. Very maneuverable and quiet enough not to be bothersome. And it makes a full bowl of sticky oatmeal strewn across the floor no big deal to clean up. Good customer service too and a full replacement when something went wrong with charge while still under warranty. It made a big difference for managing my dust sensitivity also. Vacuuming stirs dust into the air but this simply wipes it up with no blowing, best cleaning tool I've ever come across! The air was notably easier to breath after I started using it. It is like having personal Zamboni that can keep floors clean as new if you keep up with them. Just make sure to really keep the machine rinsed clean after use and not forget it full of dirt water. I like to rinse the whole thing and ring out the brush in the sink rather than use brush cleaning cycle for maximum freshness or it can get musty and need rinsed well and the filter bleached. ... show more

I really Like this mop and vaccum combo. I tried three other kinds and this one tops them all. I like The water reservoir being so large i can Do my whole living room and kitchen with one full. I like The scent that it leaves behind very clean smelling. I like That it self cleans but you still need to clean out the dirty water and let all the parts out to dry. The only flaw is that the filter goes dirty and needs to be replaced very quickly. Probably every two to three weeks depending on how often you use the mop. I use It every other day so it went bad in about 2 weeks. The sand gets plugged in the corner and automatically shuts off once it’s fully charged. Be sure to fully charge it once you get it before running it. The battery will die very quickly the first time. The battery lasts long enough for me to do about 800 square feet of my house then i have To charge it. Overall it’s awesome. It works on rugs and tile and it has a boost mode for extra spills or stains. ... show more

    • Worth buying if on sale.
I bought this when it was 50% off. And at that price I would say it’s easily worth it. Full price? Not really. I like that it came with cleaner bottles, rollers, another filter, and a cleaning brush. I have 3 indoor dogs 2 being Shiba Inu. This will suck up all of their fuzz no problem. It vacuums and mops very well. The only issues I’ve noticed is that the battery life isn’t the best, it can’t get all the way up to a wall, you have ti dump the dirty tank pretty often (it is a small machine), and it doesn’t like sucking up bigger pieces (it will suck up dog food and you’ll hear it rattle around inside but in a few seconds it’ll go away). Like a normal vacuum it tends to wrap long human hair around the roller and it has a tool to remove it that’s works ok. The rollers are removable as well so it’s easy to remove the hair from the sides where the roller clips in. ... show more

    • Definitely better then expected
After years of mop buckets and hand scrubbing my life proof flooring I tore my rotator cuff and had to find another way to clean almost 2,000 square feet of flooring. I was hesitant to spend the a lot of money for a floor cleaner when they're are so many conflicting reviews and options. When I seen this Bissell on sale and looked at my Amazon points balance I figured I would give it a shot. The cleaner arrived fast and before expected. The box was heavy and again with a fresh torn rotator cuff it was probably more me then the box its self. My husband put it together with ease. I love that is changing base is large to store parts as they dry after use. The instructions are simple and easy to understand. Battery life is over a half hour, depending on what setting you are using. The clean and dirty water contains are small but it does make sense when you with about the weight of the vacuum it's self then add water. For my home I fill and dump about 4 times before my cleaning is complete. When using my o'cedar I would use at lease 2 buckets of water. So in all reality I'm probably using less water and the same amount of time cleaning. I was very happy this product came with extra rollers and trial cleaners. Between kids and dogs they bring a lot of dirt, which where I live is mostly sand and dust into my home. This product has no issues with pick up sand and dirt along with missed dog hair from vacuuming. I do vacuum well before using this product. If your on the fence, have kids, dogs and life proof flooring definitely try it. ... show more
