They fit perfectly and come off and on just as easily as the original ones that came with the steam mop. I've had them for 6 months now and they hold up extremely well with daily use and machine washing. I run a doggy daycare and I use my steam mop for our 2,500 square foot floor 5 to 7 days a week. I have 4 mop pads and they get used in rotation and the washed on the heavy duty hot cycle in my machine and popped into the dryer after each use. There hasn't been any fraying or or pilling to date. They, of course, are a bit less white than they were fresh out of the box, but you can fix that with some bleach if you're one of those weird people who care about things like that. ;) Pro Tip: Add some white vinegar and a few tablespoons of baking soda to your wash with these to help keep them fresh. ... show more

    • Only one little "problem", if i can even call it that
I would've given 5 stars, but I have to change the pads so often because they suck up so much dirt so fast! I know this is a good thing, but I'd like them to last longer than it takes me to clean the bathroom floor. What I do is take it off when it gets full of dirt and toss it in the sink to cool. I put the extra one on and when that one gets full of dirt, I rinse off the first pad and I continue in this manner until my entire house is done (hard floors throughout the whole house). As you can imagine, this takes more time than I feel necessary. But I'm a clean freak, so I also appreciate how much dirt they suck up! BOTTOM LINE : Product is as described I would purchase again I would recommend to family and friends Overall, a decent product! ... show more

I love it! It is easy and almost even fun to use. Very lightweight. I keep mine in the laundry room just off the kitchen. After meal prep, I plug it in and clean my ceramic tile floors, and it just takes a few minutes.

    • Love how well Bissell cleans my tile and vinyl floors.
My husband cleans our tile and vinyl floors with our bissell cleaner. I order these replacement pads every few months - despite regular trips through my washer/drier - these get grey and dingy and the cleaner works better with fresher pads.

This cleans my dark wood floors pretty good. I like the vacuum feature as it picks up things that might scratch my floor with a regular mop. After the first use, i have been unable to get the pad completely clean. I washed it several times, soaked it, sprayed with prewash, used bleach, everything i could think of, and it remains dirty looking. I cant tell when im using it if it is new dirt or old dirt im seeing. I also do not like that you have to order both pads for a refill. I will never use the scrubby pad on my wood floors and now i have two of them. ... show more

I love, LOVE my Symphony Pet steam vac!!     • How durable they are
We buy them whenever they have been washed often enough. They last a long time (for us at least) - I guess it depends on what you wash with them, but on regular floors, and if they are properly handled, they last fairly long.
