A little difficult to put together with the location of placing washers and nuts. Though once together worked great in splitting logs I had for three years but was unable to do by hand. Took care of the pile in about 45 min. Make sure to buy a gal of hydraulic oil. Needed about 4 oz to get oil level between two marks on dipstick.

This is a work horse. I wanted to get some kindling wood so I took a huge 1/2 log and was able to get about 40 smaller useable kindling for a fire with wife. I’m so confident that the two hand movement systems so safe, I’ll even teach her how it works. Shell thinks it’s all fun while I get her to get the wood pile done. If I had to purchase another log splitter, I’d purchase this same one again. L I’ve it! I’ve used this log splitter five times. Each time was for a few hours. It’s held up great, the splitter is being used to break down the wood that I purchased that too large for our needs. It’s busting everything that I can throw at it. Good quality and heavy duty besides. The only thing I’d change is the axle and tires. A larger accelerator and larger tires would make for easier moving. I may go to a 5/8ths axel with 10” tires. Use lock rings at point of entry and exit on each tire will keep it stable.

Works great. Not a fan of the 2 hand operation but I guess it’s a safety thing. I ordered a foot pedal for it though so I could have a free hand to hood the wood if it’s not sitting just right. I’m sure the wheels won’t last too long but I’ll upgrade those when the time comes.

This machine is very easy to use. I knocked down 5 decent sized trees and split about a half of the wood in the first 3 hours. If you are debating on which splitter to get, I’d highly recommend! I only have left like 3 reviews in my life and only do so when I’m passionate about an item. 100% worth the money!

Good product, little difficult to assemble. Very satisfied except for UPS delivery left 125 lb package at end of driveway (200 yrds) and this 79-year-old have to get it to the house

Log splitter arrived broken. My husband tried to fix it to keep from having to return it and in doing so made the splitter sturdier with different bolts for the wheels. After getting the broken wheel shafts fixed he LOVED the splitter-easy to use, sufficiently powerful, great safety features. Then, it quit working at all. and if it did start, it blew the breaker! Still trying to figure out what the problem may be, but ultimately will sadly have to return. Too many problems in the onset of receiving and using.
