Quiet, easy to get trays in and out of. That second fan makes all the difference - I had no need to move trays around - the top did just as well as the bottom and the middle. Beautiful. Even. Highly recommend!

I love this little dehydrator. I have always used the next caliber and decided to try a cheaper one this time and this one’s great and works great and the temperature is adjustable to hire temperatures than the Excalibur can do..

Not super large, very quiet compared to older models, will be using this weekly.

Very quiet. Easy to use. Absolutely love this machine. Very giddy over making my own jerky. Already dehydrated mushrooms, apples, and pineapple as a trial run. Did buy the silicone trays and mats that fit. Highly recommend those, clean up was such a breeze, I am placing an order for more right now.

Efficient and dries evenly

This dehydrator works flawlessly. I went with the 14 rack instead of the 12 rack because since I’m using all that power, 1200w (14 rack) vs. 12 rack is 800w, more bang for your buck. I advise you to use every bit of the space based on power consumption. My jerkey was done in 7 hours. It was perfection. Now, the owners manual suggested the following, to preheat the items to 170 before dehydrating. I have never done that in my life after many years of making my own jerkey. I just put the temp at 170 for the first hour, then dropped it down to 155. It was as I stated, perfect. The owners manual does state to flip all food at one hour. I agree 100%. As moisture goes southward, it can have an effect on some sticking. I flipped it at one hour, continued the dehydration process and everything just slid off at the end. As with any dehydration, whether you are using your stove or this device, your power consumption will go way up. Living in Arizona, I will use this only on weekends as it uses 1200w. My stove used 3000w. Either way, use to capacity with each use. It was a breeze to clean. I did a burn in for 15 minutes at 175 before using to eliminate any factory residue. I added one pic to show my power consumption for the day I had it on which was a Sunday. It operated quietly. No damage from delivery. Easy operation. Build quality is spot on.

Excellent capacty and quiet!

Two large quiet fans adequately cover all the trays. The trays are nice and sturdy but they have an open frame so they will have water in them after washing them. So I put them in the dehydrator to dry them off. This is my biggest complaint about the unit. The shelves are nice and big with plenty of space in the height so getting trays in and out is easy. Temperature control works well. This unit has a max temp of 190 and sides will get quite hot if you use it at those temps. I use it at 140 for my jerky so it is not an issue. I did receive my unit with a small dent in the top of the unit. I contacted support and they took care of the problem. It's a good unit but a little on the tall side. I can't put it on my counter under the cabinets due to the height so I had to use it on my kitchen island.

I bought this as a gift to my sister. She said it's a great dryer she's done jerky still has to get the hang of it on this dryer. She has done fruit Roll-Ups which turned out really good. It's space-saving. It looks nice. The metal trays are great good quality. Overall yes I would recommend and yes I would buy again.
