Assembly was pretty straight forward. The rack has a slight rise from the hitch allowing better clearance on driveways and dips. This also means you have to lift your bikes slightly higher as well, without a ramp. Can be done by one, but two sets of hands helps. The weight of the rack is in the lower range of available racks which is nice when attaching/removing from vehicle. A nice feature is that the hitch pin is actually a bolt which tightens the rack to the hitch w/ out any wobbles (24 mm wrench SUPPLIED!). It also has a keyed lock to prevent theft. If your bikes have fenders (mine do) make sure the front fender is fairly short in front as the balance arm has to be high on top, behind the center of the wheel. This arm just barely fits under the front 1" of my fenders and holds them securely. Overall, VERY pleased with this rack after my first use (320 mi round trip). Price is amazing for the quality/stability. As I said, only drawback is there is no ramp/option so have to lift bikes.

It is easy to put together, fits the different tire sizes if our bikes and is plenty robust. It also isn't overly bulky and doesn't stick too far from the car

We have two e-bikes that we like to take with us when we camp. I mounted this rack on front of our truck so I can keep my eye on them while pulling our camper. This rack is strong, sturdy, and easy to load and unload the bikes. It’s so simple to use. Love how it folds up too. We’ve hauled our bikes this way over 1000 miles so far. I use an anti-rattle clamp on the receiver to make it solid. It doesn’t budge. Great bike rack!

I was scared to buy the bike rack because I am novice bike rider and do t know much about bike racks. I did a lot of research and went with this one because it seemed like a great price. I’m glad I purchased it. It is a very strong rack and holds two of my cargo e bikes (aipas a6), which both weigh about 65 lbs each (I take out the battery to make it lighter). I’ve gone on many trips with it already and have had no issues. It comes with straps to secure the bike and it even has a tilt feature so you can open your trunk without the need to remove the bikes. I highly recommend getting this bike rack. It’s a great deal!

Very happy with the product easy to mount easy to take the bike on and off very recommended. We traveled cross country with this rack and we had zero issues. He survived 2000 miles trip and we still using it. Very happy with.

I would not put a FREE, USED, REGULAR BIKE that was pulled from the bottom of a river on this thing. After putting this thing together, connecting it to the camper and loading it with 2 E-bikes, my wife and I set out for weekend get away at the lake. After about an hour of traveling, we get a car come around us SCREAMING… PULL OVER… PULL OVER!!. We pull over and I instantly knew what the issue was. I walk to the back of the camper and one bike is MISSING!! THE other is laid over barley hanging on. So to say I am unsatisfied with this product is an understatement. $220 for a bike rack that is now in the trash + a missing $1200 E-bike…… DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! Oh, I forgot this until I uploaded the pictures. The wheel rest for the bike that made it was broken too.. This product is complete garbage!

Heavy duty; well made...need to be careful setting the carrier closest to the hitch. The sticker had me placing it in such a way that I had to move the carrier further away from the hitch in order to allow the rack to move from the "Up" position to the "Use" position. Other than that, it is stable and holds the bikes down safely. For a long distance trip or on really bumpy roads I also attach a hitch tightener, just because I'm overly cautious. The lock has done fine, but my trust that it will hold up is the same as my attitude towards all things human...trust but verify.
