This is really easy to assemble and very sturdy. I've only used it a couple of times but so far I really like it. I am very sore. If your out of shape you may have a hard time getting started. It's a great workout and I'm very happy with it!

Easy to set up, easy to use. I definitely feel it when I am done using it. Starting to see results been using it for a month or so. Has been a great addition to my daily exercise. Well worth the money, easy to store. Simpke to adjust. Would recommend to anyone trying to get healthy and build abs.

I bought this as an addition to my home gym and based on the many positive reviews, and I'm glad I did! I mostly wanted to use this for knee tucks to work my lower abs, and it definitely does the job. I also use it for declined situps. I find it to be sturdy and well constructed. Took about 5 minutes of unboxing, and about 15 minutes to put it together. The instructions are adequate, and all tools needed were included. This thing absolutely works, after doing 3 sets of 10 knee tucks my abs were burning, and thats on the easy setting! I took off 1 star because the electronic watch counter doesn't work, I really don't care I wasn't going to use it anyway. I suggest you save the included wrenches in case you need to re-tighten the bolts in the future. Great piece of equipment, very effective and at a good price. Highly recommend! ... show more

Product went together easily. Less than 30 minutes from opening box. I haven’t worked out in several years but was able to do 7 right off. It does pull on your lower back so use caution. I’ll definitely feel it in the morning! Would recommend this product.

Mainly got this to work on lower abs and so doing knee tucks on it was what I was planning and anything extra was just going to be a bonus. I really like using this machine for knee tucks it's definitely something even on the easiest setting I'm feeling it after doing 10 reps. Wish the knee rollers had a pin that you could remove when you want to detach them from the bench having to unscrew them when you want to remove them is a bit annoying. Only concern I have is the handle bar I think you might have to re-tighten it every couple uses it seems pretty wobbly after a couple of sets even after tightening it pretty hard but we'll see this is just a first day impression. I'll edit this after a couple months and if it's more sturdy then I think I'll adjust this to a 5 star. Edit: Been using this every day and it has been good and stable without re-tightening it so changing my review to a 5 star. Realized you can't unscrew the knee rollers so they are stuck there so if you plan on using them be sure that your frame works with the bench measurements. ... show more
