The bench is descent and it does what it suppose to do. My only thing is that all the washers were bent and all the bolts were not the same length. You would have to cut the bolts because some of them were too long!! Also, under the bench were the rollers came assembled, the manufacturer used different length bolts and some are too long.

Update: Still going strong! If the rollers flake, all was resolved with equipment lubricant. Easy fix. I am well over 1200 rolls with no concerns. Months later still very pleased with my purchase. Original review: I didn't want to spend a ton of money on something I won't end up using long term. I am slightly over 6 feet tall and wanted something sturdy, multi-functional and easy to assemble. Got all that and more. Right off the bat upon ordering, the company emailed me just to let me know who to contact if issues. Now that could have been concerning, but I just saw good customer outreach. No issues here! It has only been a week but looks like I'll be using this for years to come. Easy to assemble. Definitely sturdy and comfortable. Fit my height. Great value for the money. I have already used for abs (obvious workout), leg lifts and even used the incline bench for different hand weight exercises. I am very pleased with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Equipment is pretty easy to put together, better to look at the picture than reading the directions. There aren’t very many parts to put together. Attached is a video that should help.. Make sure after together you tighten bolt screws with provided tools. Seem like it’s quality, you definitely need hand strength as you hold the above handle bar, as you are bringing knees up to chest. Also putting pressure on your forearms. I would start at lowest key setting and work up, do not lose key as it’s need to hold in place. Keep enclosed tightening tools as you may need to tighten in the future after use.

The media could not be loaded. This machine has a few issues that cannot be overlooked. Assembly wasn't too bad but it does have a lot of jiggly parts mainly around the handle bars. Which leads me to the handle bars. After using this, I noticed my hands were extremely dry and sandpaper feeling. I believe the material of the handle bars gave me some type of chemical burn. The handle bars are a foam but who knows what it was sprayed with, so if I keep this machine, I will need to wear work out gloves. Beware of that... I can't be the only one who experienced this. I wish the handle bars were made of a better quality material because that's just disturbing.
