- SAFE FOR THE FISH: Selsil Aquarium Silicone is a silicone sealant used in glass bonding work. It does not contain chemicals or solvents that are not friendly to your fish or other organisms in the aquarium. This product is made from 100% silicone polymer, is used in aquarium manufacturing, and conforms with the ISO 11600 F&G25 LM standards.
- ADHESIVE FOR VARIOUS NON-POROUS SURFACES: This transparent silicone sealant offers an excellent grip on the glass without using an additional primer. It adheres well to acetoxy system curing glass and many non-porous surfaces. This is a silicone adhesive that also offers insulation for many kinds of materials like aluminum, glazed ceramic tiles, and glass. You may use this product for freshwater and saltwater aquariums.
- STRONG BOND: Highly elastic and flexible, this adhesive putty offers a quality adhesion effect. It is also resistant to ozone, ultra-violet radiation, and extreme temperatures. It does not lose its elasticity at high and low temperatures and it will not crack, pull, or discolor.
- FAST CURING: This aquarium glue offers quick curing time. Apply the aquarium silicone on the surfaces you need to work on and wait only a few hours for it to cure. It is, however, best to wait up to 24 hours if you want it to completely cure. Its application temperature should be between + 5 C and +40 C (41.0 F and 104 F). This product conforms to ISO 11600F & G 25 LM.
- MULTI-PURPOSE: This is not just a sealant for your making or repairing aquariums. You may also use this silicone glue for other applications like sealing seams, stopping leaks, or securing decorations in the aquarium. As long as the surface you will work on is non-porous, this clear silicone caulk will do its job well.

This stuff works great and I've used it several times now for different projects around my apartment. One time, I even glued some rocks from the beach onto a piece of driftwood (I had bought an extra-large bottle, so there was plenty left over). It worked out really well and they're still attached after a few months. The sealant dries clear which is nice because it doesn't stand out or look tacky like some other glues I've tried in the past. It did take a bit longer than I expected to dry, but that wasn't a big deal since it meant I could really get all the rocks glued down securely. It also held up well when I accidentally knocked the driftwood into my desk - no cracks or anything! (I was pretty sure I had secured them properly though, haha). Overall, this is a solid product and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable sealant that works on both glass and other materials.

I bought this silicone to fix a broken tank. It’s a 55 gallon tank we’ve had the tank full for about 2 months and it has no leaks. The silicone works great.

Great stuff! I was able to make all sort of cool rock mountains & caves with this stuff (for my shrimp to hide)! I love that it’s fish safe! It dried enough to hold after 1/2 hour & was fully dried within 20 hours. I’ll definitely be purchasing more!

Smells like death in a bottle if you’re going to use this on an aquarium or reptile enclosure please dear God have a ventilated space. My garage smelled like sea salt, and vinegar chips for almost a month after use.

We keep a large tub of water on our property so all the local deer, squirells foxes, raccoons, possums, skunks, groundhogs and foxes can have a drink, especially when during drought. It started leaking slowly. This non-toxic aquarium sealant fixed it right up. Easy-Peasy

Sturdy. Great seal. It's a little tacky and difficult to manage/clean, if you need to wipe or smooth it, while applying. Use a tool and technique and not simply your finger to smooth, if you need a clean edge.
