This office chair was exceptional! Assembly was especially easy with minimal tools required and a very instructive handbook. The reclining, adjustable footrest really adds versatility to this chair. Whenever I want to have a short break from my office, I can just lie back and rest. Though it may seem unstable when the chair is in full recline, it is actually amazing how strong it is. I tried to push back and the back cushion steady and firm. Simply amazing. Also, it came with a small pillow that provides just the perfect amount of lumbar support, ensuring that I can work at my desk for hours without discomfort. The rest of the chair is adequately cushioned as well. One thing that stood out for me was the ease and level of adjustment. With dual levers under the main seat cushion, it permits me to change the height or reclining angle at just a pull of a finger. The armrests also have small buttons that allow you to manually fit it to the perfect spot. The designers of the chair have really thought about it all! I could not recommend this chair enough as it has everything that you could possibly need in a chair and more. The leather feels premium, soft, and comfortable. Its durability has been perfect for the month that I have had it, but I will update if anything breaks. Overall, I would totally buy this product again. Big fan of this chair. Comfortable and stable for a bigger guy. I will say the leg rest has a touch of a flimsy feeling to it, but it's still worked well the few times I've used it. Took like 90 mins to put together.

Original rating was 3.5 due to defective part but excellent customer service brought rating up to 4.5. Could have been a 5-star rating if not for the possible base instability issue? Received promptly and well packaged. All items there. Went together easily take the time and breaks necessary to make it easier on yourself. Not a speed test as the instructions were clear and modular steps make for quick work. Now for the negative 30 days in the self-tapping screws of the armrest pad came loose with stripped out holes making the armrest really loose and a state of broken. May have been a rare occurrence? As reached out and emailed the situation to bestfair.service and they responded quickly. Described the issue and they got back same day saying they are shipping a complete left armrest assembly. 2 days later it was delivered and replacement went smoothly. Top notch customer service. The other issue is a need to increase the wheel base another 2" inches or so. As trying to scoot in the chair is prone to instability where the chair wants to tilt forward and back of chair can then flip out from under you. Hasn't happened to me but noticed the instability and others commenting here on this issue. And noticed the possibility in my own experience. Materials are of good quality and build seems a lot better then my older cheaper chair. And is a good looking good performer for the most part. ... show more

Customers beware. I weigh 318 lbs. this “chair” advertises as 400 lbs. the hydronic cylinder leaks off under my weight, it will recline but I highly doubt not recommend it, as it fell over both times. So let’s go back to the arrival. The box was fine, packaging fine, no instructions however it’s an office chair, they pretty much explain themselves. I have put plenty together that really wasn’t a problem. The other issues were the holes for the bolts were shoddy. As in the threads were full of burrs and unfinished. The bolts were the standard for this type of chair, no real complaints. Then I went to put the back on and realized I had to cut holes in the thin fabric to find the holes. Anyone who has cut pleather knows, this hole will only continue to expand with use. If my other chair had not critically damaged after years of use, I would have sent this one back.
