Assembly is a little tricky - directions are not really accurate, so if you're not good at figuring things out you may have issues - but the chair is solid and very comfortable. The inflatable low-back support is a particularly nice feature - though my cat plays with with the rubber pump - as are the x-large casters. updated review. customer service contacted me and helped me with fixing the chair to my standards. For that they deserve 5-stars. while the seat itself is comfortable, it sits too high. I'm 5'7" and my feet are not flat to the floor. Sits much too high, towering over my desk making it extremely uncomfortable to use my keyboard.

Really enjoy the look, feel, and all around comfort and stability of this chair. My only complaint is similar to some others on the arm rests. When they’re down all the way they are still too high and there’s no way to make them any lower. They do have a way of making higher and even push the arms rests out length wise which is nice but no way to lower the height. If not for this I would give 5 stars easily.

Worst chair Ive ever owned. It is so uncomfortble! The seat points downward so you literally slide right out of it. I have to keep scooting back up in it. And the seat cushion has some sort of wadded up ball inside of it . It terrible no matter how you look at it or sit in it. I would never recommend it to any of my friends or family.

The chair arrived early and took some effort to gently roll it into the house (it's heavy). It was very well protected for shipping. I've put a few office chairs together in my time but this was the easiest project I've ever done. It took me all of 45 minutes to put it together. It rolls very well on carpet and my wife loves it. Very comfortable and the lumbar support is adjustable. One word of caution though, if you are 5 foot 5 inches and have an inseam of 27 inches like me, the seat will be too long to be comfortable in. I need an 18 inch long cushion. So if you're not a shrimp, go for it. Excellent buy.

Love the "inline skate wheel" rollers, do not damage floor in any way. Seems to be sturdy but foam padding could be a little softer for comfort. Hoping that cloth upholstery will hold up better than what passes for leather these days. Proportions are nice for my 6'9" frame, but now need to raise my desk up to fit me and the chair!
