This desk chair is gorgeous, large, and pillowy. The arm rests fold down so you can sit in multiple positions, and there is a retractable foot rest. Both the foot rest and arm rests are extremely sturdy. To fold the arm rests down just pull it in super close and it will adjust to the lowest position, after which you pull it up with a click sound at each level till your rests are at perfect height. The chair is heavy but I can carry it up a flight of stairs and Im like 5”4. This chair is so worth the price, but try and get it during a sale because I got it cheaper than the original price. Its also so soft and there is lever to adjust height and a lever to adjust reclinability as it can lock the chairs back (my favorite) so you can lean back without reclining. Assembly took a bit of time but it was so worth it because the chair is really sturdy and well made. I attached a picture with all the armrest levels and the foot rest lengths. ... show more

I reallllly love this chair. I almost talked myself out of it because of some of the bad reviews here and there but i’m glad i listened to a majority of the good reviews, because this chair is perfect. shipping: it was super fast. it came 5 days earlier than expected. I got it on a Monday when it said it’d be here on Friday packaging: double boxed and bubble wrapped. Didn’t find any dings or scratches on anything. all parts were there including instructions assembly: my boyfriend put it together in 40 minutes. We didn’t have any issues zipping up the back cover like other reviews said and he said it was easy instructions to follow, and easy to put together. size and comfort: it’s bigger than the pictures let on! I’m 5’3 135lbs and feel like I’m sitting on a giant cloud. The comfort is 10/10. I just had a chair with basicslly zero butt cushion which i cannot have while working from home 8+ hrs a day in a chair. Comfort was the most important for me and I finally can’t feel the flat seat under me. I can’t express how comfy it is. Functions: can move the arm rests up and down. adjust the back to tilt all the way back to a sleeping position or fully upright which i didn’t even realize was a function! The only thing with the armrests; if you’re wanting your pet on it (like advertised) when the arm rests is put down there is a big gap that isn’t comfortable for animals (as pictured) so I have to put a blanket or pillow there for my small dog to lay comfortably. I’m obsessed with the fact I can sit cross legged, normally, laying down, sprawled up, or legs up. I have room to sit however I want, and the foot rests helps a ton with feeling even more comfortable. Overall, I’d get this chair 10x over. Not only do I work from home and spend hours in a chair, but I spend additional time playing video games so a good quality chair is very important to me. This chair is really great. I work from home, and my cats love to sit with me. But there is just not enough room in a standard office chair. I saw this one and thought it would be great. I am not necessarily a 'big and tall' person, but I still love the size and stability of this chair. The armrests are adjustable and they make perfect little seats for my cats. They also just give me more room in general. The material is very soft and comfortable. It can also be taken off to be washed. It is a very large chair, and it does take up a lot of room, especially with the armrests down and the recline out. I did take off one star because it really does not have enough cushion in the seat. This is the one thing that could be improved. I bought an additional cushion and it works great. It is not difficult at all to put together and takes less than 20 minutes. ... show more

I just bought this chair, and it has been an absolute game changer for me. I have severe ADHD, and finding a chair that's comfortable enough to keep me focused and productive has always been a challenge. Since setting this one up, I've been able to sit and work for much longer periods without constantly feeling the need to get up or shift around. Assembly took me about an hour. There were quite a few steps, but the instructions were straightforward, and everything went together without any major issues. If you can follow directions and have a little patience, it's a pretty simple setup. The chair itself is extremely comfortable, supportive, and feels sturdy. The cushioning is plush without being too soft, and I love how it allows me to stay comfortable while working for extended periods. For the price, I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable office chair—especially those who struggle with focus and need a chair that makes sitting at a desk much easier. I want to love this chair, but I've been using it (with modifications) simply because it's together and would have been a nightmare to return. The good: it's big, it's adjustable, the foot rest is nice, it's comfortable for short term use - I am a gamer and tend to sit for longer periods of time. I like being able to recline. It was also relatively easy to assemble once I figured out which parts meant what. It's also very cute. I bought the black glitter color. The bad: the arm rests are too short, there is not a lot of lumbar support; I ended up buying a lumbar pillow to use as I am a frequent sciatica sufferer. The cushion you sit on starts out really fluffy and cushy, but it didn't take long before it flattened down, and you kind of just end up sitting on a lumpy, hard surface. Any time the chair is locked in upright position and I lean back, it creaks and falls back just slightly. It's always very startling. Overall it is a decent chair, just with the wrong price tag. I was expecting a lot better for what I paid. It might end up being retired and used as a reading chair rather than used at a computer desk. ... show more

This is okay, does the job, but I had to make some modifications. I’m 5’1”, 120 lbs. There is plenty of room for me in this chair but it does lack support. The seat cushion is odd. It almost feels like I’m sitting on a downward slope. I use a rectangle throw pillow on the front of the seat, under my thighs, to create a little pocket for me to sink into. The back could benefit from some lumbar support. I use a second rectangular throw pillow for relief there. Otherwise, I do like it. My 10 week old Aussie can lay on the arm but that won’t last much longer. (They grow so stinkin’ fast). The lock-in-place reclining position is very cool. Love that feature as I normally don’t weigh enough to easily recline some chairs. The fabric and color are perfect. Assembly was straight forward. The chair does make some creaks and noises with use but overall seems sturdy. ... show more
