I bought this because I'm a senior (in my late 70's) and need to exercise to stay in shape. I don't have room for a full size treadmill. I've had the walking pad for 2 weeks and use it once, sometimes twice, a day. It's very quiet and the belt is comfortable to walk on. I wanted one with a handle bar solid enough for me to use to keep my balance if needed at the higher speeds. The attached tray holds the remote plus there's room for a book, Kindle or phone. I had a bit of difficulty bringing it in the house after delivery because it's heavy; but once unboxed, it was easy to maneuver by lifting the end and using the two wheels in front. Plus there's no assembly, just tightening the handle bar. I don't use it for running, but for walking at various speeds it's been great! ... show more

Have been using the Bifanuo treadmill a little over a month now, and have been very pleased with how it performs. I'm an older man with some health issues, and so find this treadmill perfect for allowing me to exercise without walking outside on cold days. It arrived completely assembled, which was a big plus for me. It's quiet, fairly compact, and has an easy to understand control panel. I've had no issues with how it works - very smooth, and you can adjust the time you want to spend walking or jogging, speed, number of steps and so on. They have a great customer service. The treadmill came with a remote control that didn't work. I contacted them by email, and within a week, they sent me a working replacement without making things difficult. One of the best customer service departments I've seen. I'd like to mention that it has a holder for an iPad or similar device that works perfectly well. It's stable resting on the handle bars, and easy to see - right in front of you. I like to watch music on YouTube, or whatever other content available. Makes the workouts a lot less tedious. I can completely recommend this treadmill and at this price, I think it's a bargain for the quality you get. ... show more

I wanted to wait a while before reviewing this treadmill. I purchased in January 2023, and have been using it regularly about 3x times per week. Thus far, everything is good and I really like it, and it was just what I was looking for to fit my needs for a small treadmill. Pros: Small treadmill. It folds up easily and stores against the wall, closet, or under a bed/sofa. Easy to assemble! Attach the bar to base and that was about it. (like 10 min) Simple: No bells & whistles here - basically turn it on and go. There are "programs" but I haven't tried them, I just hop on and adjust the speed and go for the time I need. No real adjustments for incline. This treadmill can go pretty fast, considering. It will measure time, speed, distance, steps and calories. Controls at your fingertips on the bar. The display is on the base. Light weight - folding bar and base has built-in rollers to move it about. I think it weighs about 30/40 lbs? You basically lift up the belt part and there are wheels on the front so you can roll it to move. I keep mine stored upright against a wall when not in use. Cons: I had to adjust the belt, which began to drift to the left. There is a tool and instruction in the booklet that came with the treadmill and it was pretty easy. You also need to lubricate the belt occasionally. I have done this once. It's considered general maintenance, so pay attention if it feels like belt is going wonky. No bells & whistles: As noted, this is a basic model. I used to have a big treadmill that raised and lowered with programs, and it was great but also weighed 100lbs. This isn't that, but sometimes I do miss it. As noted, this is a SMALL treadmill (more like a walking pad). It is much narrower than other treadmills, and has a fairly short base. I am 5'2" and 180lbs and it's fine, but I do not think this would be a suitable treadmill for someone bigger and/or taller who has a long or wide stride. Sometimes my sneaker hits the edge and I put some white tape on the sides to "mark" my ideal zone & range for walking on it so I can glance down and not drift too far back. Just keep that in mind - it does have some limits as it's not a full sized, heavy duty gym treadmill. Works good for what I wanted it for (indoor walking with limited space for a treadmill) and happy with my selection. ... show more

I’ve had this walking pad for about two months now and love it. When it first arrived one of the floor pad things were bent so it was wobbly, but I emailed them and got a replacement shipped to me in like 2 days and they said they’d put an extra 6 months on my warranty. Super responsive team and super helpful! I use it 3ish times a week and each session I get about 1.5 miles out of it. It’s been about two months and it still works great. I oiled it once and the instructions in the manual were really easy to follow. I set the speed anywhere from 1.5-3.3 for when I walk, but I haven’t tried it at higher speeds so I can’t say how it feels with a jog or run. It does everything I need and I’m glad I got one that has a place to set my phone or iPad so I can scroll on TikTok or do some homework while I walk. It feels stable and I’ve never had an issue with my phone or iPad falling. It is pretty quiet. It’s not zero noise but definitely quieter than a normal treadmill. Overall I’m really satisfied and also impressed with it! I think it’s a good investment and especially since their customer service team is so great. ... show more
