To start, I have only used this treadmill a few times, so I may update this review later if I experience issues with it. That said, this exceeded my original expectations for the price ($300 when I purchased in mid-March 2023). It's relatively small but still big enough for walking for a 5'11" 200 pound guy and is reasonably quiet as well. I've added some photos here so you can see what to expect when you unbox it. It was well-packaged and extremely easy to set up. Like the seller says, it comes oiled right out of the box, so it's ready to use without needing to mess around with the oil they give you. That said, I want this thing to last, so I've added a reminder to myself to oil it monthly. One thing I will mention: if you turn it on before putting the little safety magnet onto the circle where it's supposed to be, the machine will beep repeatedly at you. Just attach the magnet and you're good to go! Tested it out a few times so far and it runs just fine for more than an hour at at time. Most cheaper walking pads I researched have a 1 horsepower motor but this one has a 2.5 hp motor and it's pretty easy to tell that when you see how fast this thing can ramp up its speed, which is excellent. I only have one issue with this treadmill and it was one I anticipated: while the length of the walking pad is perfectly fine, the width of the walking space is a bit narrow. This is barely an inconvenience when walking, though I don't think I would ever be comfortable doing anything more than a jog on this because of the risk of stepping on the non-moving part of the machine and slipping. If you bought this for walking and are big like me OR you want to run and are a relatively small person, this pad will still work extremely well for you. I will update this later if it turns out to have issues but I'm very happy with this for now.

Would still buy again but… Bought my first pad back in October 2023, after 4 months of use I got error E9. Luckily, I was still in the warranty period but to get a new one shipped out to me I was required to take the pad apart and show the wiring connection to the motor, along with multiple other testing instructions to try to fix the error that lead no where. Quite a pain in my opinion. It also came off as the customer service rep was more interested in me writing a review on how great their service was rather than getting a new one shipped out to me as they requested it of me in every email (about 15 emails total). Also I did have to front the money for the new one and once receiving had to send a video of it running properly in order for them to send me a refund. I will say I was happy I didn’t have to ship the broken one back as it is heavy and would have been a nightmare to lug over to UPS. My second pad arrived February 2024 and lasted till this past week (September 2025) so about a year and 7 months. I got error E2 this past week. I would have bought this pad again as I think over a year life expectancy is a good lifespan for these pads. Unfortunately, I read a review that said they made the new model much smaller so I went with a different brand this time. I used the pad 4-5 times a week for 4 mile runs at 45mins and then would walk for 30mins later the same day, so I did get a good amount of use on this thing. Bummed they changed the model size, the dimensions of the belts width and length is needed for running stride. It is hard to find the belts original dimensions this pad had in other brands that are in the same price range (after hours of research I only found 1 other brand offering the original dimensions this brand offered). Also, my models remote was not great, it took multiple clicks for it to register the increase in speed. Battery died after 2 months and I just didn’t even bother to replace it and just used the buttons on the support bar as I found the remote more annoying. Not a deal breaker though. The support bar you have to wrench to lock and unlock so the idea of storing under a bed was not realistic for my personality. When I’m ready to run, I’m ready to run and just want to hop on and get started and don’t want to be delayed by prepping. Overall, I loved the look of this pad, modern and sleek. Other brands are kind of tacky looking in my opinion. Although I do have my complaints with the warranty process the customer service with this brand is probably more exceptional than other brands. When I bought they offered a great warranty (I don’t know if they still do) but noticed with other brands they do not offer warranty at all. The new brand I got only has a month warranty so basically the return window.

Have been using the Bifanuo treadmill a little over a month now, and have been very pleased with how it performs. I'm an older man with some health issues, and so find this treadmill perfect for allowing me to exercise without walking outside on cold days. It arrived completely assembled, which was a big plus for me. It's quiet, fairly compact, and has an easy to understand control panel. I've had no issues with how it works - very smooth, and you can adjust the time you want to spend walking or jogging, speed, number of steps and so on. They have a great customer service. The treadmill came with a remote control that didn't work. I contacted them by email, and within a week, they sent me a working replacement without making things difficult. One of the best customer service departments I've seen. I'd like to mention that it has a holder for an iPad or similar device that works perfectly well. It's stable resting on the handle bars, and easy to see - right in front of you. I like to watch music on YouTube, or whatever other content available. Makes the workouts a lot less tedious. I can completely recommend this treadmill and at this price, I think it's a bargain for the quality you get.

I’ve had this walking pad for about two months now and love it. When it first arrived one of the floor pad things were bent so it was wobbly, but I emailed them and got a replacement shipped to me in like 2 days and they said they’d put an extra 6 months on my warranty. Super responsive team and super helpful! I use it 3ish times a week and each session I get about 1.5 miles out of it. It’s been about two months and it still works great. I oiled it once and the instructions in the manual were really easy to follow. I set the speed anywhere from 1.5-3.3 for when I walk, but I haven’t tried it at higher speeds so I can’t say how it feels with a jog or run. It does everything I need and I’m glad I got one that has a place to set my phone or iPad so I can scroll on TikTok or do some homework while I walk. It feels stable and I’ve never had an issue with my phone or iPad falling. It is pretty quiet. It’s not zero noise but definitely quieter than a normal treadmill. Overall I’m really satisfied and also impressed with it! I think it’s a good investment and especially since their customer service team is so great.

I bought this because I'm a senior (in my late 70's) and need to exercise to stay in shape. I don't have room for a full size treadmill. I've had the walking pad for 2 weeks and use it once, sometimes twice, a day. It's very quiet and the belt is comfortable to walk on. I wanted one with a handle bar solid enough for me to use to keep my balance if needed at the higher speeds. The attached tray holds the remote plus there's room for a book, Kindle or phone. I had a bit of difficulty bringing it in the house after delivery because it's heavy; but once unboxed, it was easy to maneuver by lifting the end and using the two wheels in front. Plus there's no assembly, just tightening the handle bar. I don't use it for running, but for walking at various speeds it's been great!

Decided to take a gamble on a sub $400 walking treadmill. I knew I was running a risk but I figured I would give it a try because I thought a walking treadmill was easier to make than a running treadmill. Here is the thing, it's not! More on that later. Here is a rundown of my experience with this BiFanuo unit. Out of the box here were the issues: 1.) Really loud clicking sound with the unit on - gets worth with speed. Resolution: I took off the cover on the motor and discovered that the speaker had come dislodged during shipping and was hitting a part of the motor. I simply moved it back to where it was supposed to be and no problem. Easy fix, minus having to take apart the front hood. 2.) Major jerking and slipping of the belt itself. Actually would be quite dangerous if you were not expecting it or were older. Resolution: None. Trust me, I tried everything. Adjusted everything over and over again according to the instructions, purchased more belt lube and lubed the deck very well, and also made sure the motor pulley was on the track properly. Nothing worked unfortunately, even after a few hours of patient troubleshooting! After communicating with the seller they said that the motor may have come loose during transport and at that point I was just not willing to fuss with it any more. I am normally willing to make it work but this was way too much. The unit was not up to par on a few more fronts detailed here: 1.) If you want to use this as an under desk treadmill you need to walk with it folded. The folded console at the rear of the treadmill sticks up too much. I actually hit my heel on it while trying to walk on it and discovered that this was going to be quite dangerous for the way I wanted to use it. After all, if your foot were to get sucked in between the belt and the folded console you could get really hurt! I would really only want to use the unit if it was unfolded. 2.) Noise: The treadmill is quite loud. I found it much louder than expected. 3.) Buttons/Interface - While this isn't super important, I found the buttons to be pretty unresponsive on the control panel. You really have to hit it just right to have it register. Return Process: I decided to return the treadmill given all of the issues. How much does it cost you ask? From WA to Southern CA ~ $130. No free returns, buyer is responsible for return shipping. Decided to just send it back to recuperate as much of what I paid. Overall: If you are looking for a quiet, robust, safe walking treadmill and maybe even one that you intend to use while working then stay out of this price range and definitely avoid this product. Through my research after buying this model I discovered that most real and serious reviews of treadmills scoff at this category of consumer at home level treadmills widely sold here on Amazon. Key takeaways from real treadmill experts' reviews: Underpowered and unlikely to last and definitely not good for a high torque application like walking. Most of these end up as junk or as a huge paperweight in short time. One thing I learned about treadmills through this experience is that a walking speed is actually much harder to support and make smooth. If you think about it, the belt moving fights friction under your weight assisted by the motor of your treadmill and the quality of the belt/rollers on your treadmill. On "commercial" treadmills, like the ones at the gym, they sport a high powered motor that is capable of high torque. The rollers are higher quality, the deck and belt have a bit less friction because of the premium materials used and is more easily maintained. They are also designed to be used continuously. I would avoid buying in this price range if you want a treadmill. I went on FB Marketplace and literally found 30-50 treadmills between FREE-$400 - what I originally paid. I would buy there or go and test in person in order to understand what you're getting into. I've decided to invest in a higher quality treadmill for my unerdesk set up. I am buying a Lifespan model but I also looked at InMovement and IMovR. Best of luck people! You definitely get what you pay for in this category!

Updating my review: after 2 months of use where I’d use it for up to 2 hours per week day (in 30-45 minute increments) I went to turn it on and it threw an E7 error. I immediately contacted the sender and they were super responsive. After some troubleshooting it was determined they’d need to send a new treadmill with an extra 6 month warranty and did it promptly. They have awesome customer service so even if something goes wrong, they’ll make it right. Still happy I went with this treadmill as I can imagine most of the treadmills on here aren’t going to last too long so may as well go with the one with the best customer service. I read reviews for all of the highest rated under desk treadmills and they all had their flaws so I went with this one. It’s been working great so far. I am able to walk and work no problem. It’s relatively quiet and since I use a headset (cheap one from Amazon too) I can even walk while in meetings and no one can hear it. The beeping sound to turn it on or change speed is super loud but as long as I’m on mute it’s not a problem. It really has made me love working from home again and saved my back and hips. I probably walk 3 hours of my 8 hour work day (not consecutively). Energy has improved and all of my aches and pains have gone away. Definitely recommend it!
