I purchased this cookware a few weeks ago. It came very well packed in the original box from the factory as well as the shipping box from Amazon. During the unpacking, I noticed the 11 inch covered deep sauté pan had two knicks on the bottom near the handle. Now I will be the first person to tell you I am EXTREMELY picky when I comes to things like that. Besides, I was afraid it might scratch my glass cooktop. So, I IMMEDIATELY began a return and requested a replacement. Fast forward to today. I received my FOURTH set…Out of EVERY set, each 11 inch covered deep sauté pan has a flaw, in almost the same spot!! One of the pans was so warped the lid wouldn’t fit! I have contacted the company, sent pictures and the whole nine yards. So far I’ve heard NOTHING. It is my belief that the quality control WITH THAT PARTICULAR PAN is greatly lacking. I will say that I have kept the least damaged pan because I WANTED that cookware!! I have used it several times and REALLY love the fact that the heat distribution is amazing and it is a snap to clean. But this “every other day” practically, getting replacements has been NUTS!! It’s UNBELIEVABLE to me that only one pan, THE SAME PAN in each set has been damaged. It would make me happy to hear from the company, but I won’t be holding my breath. If I weren’t so picky, I would have settled for the first set…but I am and I didn’t. **As an update, I did hear from the company, and they tell me the damage is NOT a manufacturer issue. I was told it is due to transportation and storage…so in effect, they’re saying Amazon is responsible. 🙄 I don’t believe that… ... show more

I cannot express my happiness!!!! Last year our local TJMaxx had Bialetti impact pots and pans for sale, sold separately, at really low prices. We were shopping for frying pans and grabbed the 10 and 12 inch frying pans, plus a 2 qt sauce pan. Absolutely fell in love with them within days! But by the time we were back to buy more, they were all gone. It's been almost a year since we bought these and they're my absolutete favorite (along with Lifetime cookware, just used for different types of dishes). Have been looking for a set of these, but $166+ was too much for us at this time, so I kept shopping hoping to find a better deal. Last week, the price on one of these sets here on Amazon went down to $104 as a warehouse deal!!!!!! We decided to give it a shot, knowing that it's possible that they could be damaged. They arrived yesterday and only the large skillet was out of shape, with its wall on one side bent in by about an inch. My husband straightened and fixed it with one move and now I'm the happiest, with an amazing cookware set at a fraction of the price!!! So excited about owning this whole set! I also want to add that I'm a homemaker and cook SO MUCH! Separate meals for kids and us, I seriously cook and bake A LOT! I'll attach photos of scrambled eggs I made for kids this morning, with about 1 drop of oil coating the frying pan so thinly you couldn't tell it was there. These are really non-stick! And absolutely awesome!!! P.S. anyone who cooks will know, that "non-stick" doesn't mean you can fry anything (eggs included) with absolutely no oil. Even non-stick pans need a little bit of oil to keep food from sticking to them. But look at my pan after I had made scrambled eggs in it with just a drop of oil, absolutely nothing stuck to it! My other pans I've had for a year are the same too, truly non-stick and amazing in use, I was shocked to realize I've had them for nearly a year as they look pretty much like new, even with daily use. Absolutely no issues with them and I'm sure they'll continue making me a happy cook for years to come. Love these!!!!! ... show more

I contacted and sent pictures of coating flaking off the bottom of sauté pan. Company told me it was improper handling on my part. This was a newly purchased set, I have electric stove and I used protection between items. I do not agree with their findings. Inferior coating
