The item was in horrible condition. It was missing several parts and most parts had already been opened. It was very clearly already returned prior to me. There were also ZERO screws inside as well!? Therefore there was no way of even putting it together. It was such a disappointment, and meant to be an anniversary gift. BUYER BEWARE!!! My returned was 10 mins after opening the box. I love the way it looks. If you buy this item do not expect the same heat output that others generate. It is very nice in appearance on the patio though. Challenging to put together. Quite a project. Takes about 2 hours.
