This device is not easy to put together. The instructions are inaccurate about how long to engage the gas for the first time. It ended up taking 2min/30sec for the gas to connect. But after all, it is finally working and up. Be patient trouble shoot the internet because the customer service was not great.

We love the look of these outdoor towers that produce a good heat source and look amazing! all the neighbors want to buy them. It did take a bit of time to put together, but once we did the first one it was much easier on the second tower.

The item was in horrible condition. It was missing several parts and most parts had already been opened. It was very clearly already returned prior to me. There were also ZERO screws inside as well!? Therefore there was no way of even putting it together. It was such a disappointment, and meant to be an anniversary gift. BUYER BEWARE!!! My returned was 10 mins after opening the box. Really upsetting.

I love the way it looks. If you buy this item do not expect the same heat output that others generate. It is very nice in appearance on the patio though. Challenging to put together. Quite a project. Takes about 2 hours.
