Features

  • SOOTHING MASSAGE SYSTEM: The SaluSpa Helsinki Inflatable Hot Tub Spa features 180 jets which release air bubbles to create a warm, relaxing experience at your home! The massage system has two different intensity levels for your preference.
  • CONTROL AT YOUR FINGERTIPS: Control this spa from your smart device! Through the Bestway Smart Hub app, you can adjust the water temperature, activate the Power Saving Timer, run the water filter and control the AirJet system. Inside the tub, use the digital control panel to manage the spa's settings.
  • 40% MORE ENERGY EFFICIENT: The specially constructed EnergySense insulated cover is 40% more energy efficient than similar inflatable spas. The cover prevents debris from collecting and retains heat more efficiently, meaning the water stays hotter and your energy bill stays lower.
  • DURABLE CONSTRUCTION: The inflatable walls are made of durable, puncture-resistant DuraPlus material which is more tear-resistant and stretch-resistant compared to PVC. The portable spa will retain its shape no matter how many times it's inflated and deflated. FreezeShiled technology automatically prevents the spa's inner components from freezing at colder temperatures.
  • USER-FRIENDLY DESIGN: The round tub shape is 71" x 26" and fits up to 2-4 persons, making it a great addition to your patio or backyard. The included pump inflates, runs filtration and the AirJet system which can be managed from the app or the digital control panel. It also acts as a tray and cup holder.
  • NOTE: APSP-14 and Title 20 compliant. This model meets all energy efficiency conditions required for sale in the following states: CA, MA, ME, NJ, NV, NY, OR, RI

  • Inflatable that works in winter? Upgraded from an Intex Inflatable Spa.
Style: Helsinki (Standard)
We previously had an intex inflatable spa and was hit with the dreaded E90 error. Usually it was just air in the line but it finally died after only 1 and a half summers. We decided to “upgrade” and get the Helsinki from Saluspa. I love the thinner wall design. It’s feels more sturdy than our previous thicker inflatable! On top of that it is advertised as usable in all 4 seasons. We live in Ohio and it gets cold so we will see. Setup was simple. Similar to others. Heated up to 104 in 24 hours so no problem there. Bubbles massage works great. If I had any complaints it would be that my previous cup holders do not fit due to the thinner wall. Other than that this has been a great upgrade and we are looking forward to using it all year long. Cosmetically it looks awesome. I wasn’t sure about the “wood” look but it looks way better in person. My wife said “this one looks way more expensive than out last one” and it does. It has a smaller footprint than our previous but holds as much of not a little more water. Plus no pad for the bottom, because it’s already built into the tub. We love that! Very soft to sit on. So far we highly recommend this over the Intex Spa but time will tell. I will update as we go and try to answer any questions I can. UPDATE: 9/7/20 This tub actually does work through the winter! We had no problems keeping temps up. It did drop a little faster when we got in during the cold but that was to be expected and honestly for as long as we stayed in (30 Mins) it’s fine. UPDATE: Sadly after my last update we were sitting in the spa when suddenly the bubbles started flowing out the side of it (spa was not on) the seam at the bottom where the wall meets the floor ripped! We emptied the spa and I have tried to patch it with vinyl and HH-66 Vinyl Cement but it isn’t working well. Contacted support and was told Spa was no longer under warranty (after just over a year) so it looks like I’m screwed. We loved the spa when it was here so I am trying to decide if I want to invest in it again after error message months ago (replaced by warranty) and now a seam rip. I’m not sure if the investment overall is going to be worth it. It’s great while running but buy with caution knowing that it wasn’t without problems. I bought mine at $700 on Amazon. I have seen them over $1000 and my advice is even fully working do NOT purchase at that price. UPDATED: 12/22/23 So I bit the bullet and bought ANOTHER spa from this company. After 13 months it also had a leak. This was the expensive Santorini model. The model itself is awesome! Built in seats, water powered lighting. We loved this hot tub. The problem is these things are not built to last. I have tried and tried to make it work but my advice is to avoid this type of hot tub and look towards something a bit more sturdy. I may be trying a Wave Spas Eco Foam tub next. I will update when I have a good feel for how it goes. ... show more

  • Does not hold temperature in cold climates!
Style: Helsinki (Standard)
I wanted to love this spa, but after about a month's worth of use, it's proven very impractical and uneconomical. First, the hot tub will NOT hold the set temperature. This spa is advertised as suitable for cold and winter conditions (see promo video included in the listing where people are using it in the falling snow). Our hot tub has not been over 100 degrees F since the day we filled it. Most days, especially when below 32 degrees F (freezing), it hovers somewhere around 90 degrees, give or take. When the temp dipped into the 20s (F), the hot tub temp dipped into the 80s. The heater runs 24/7 and simply can't keep up. Second, our home electricity bill has doubled! We've had a $150/mo increase in our below-average size single-family home. All in all, we've tried to use it twice, but can't justify keeping it for the cost and lack of function. It could be great, but the unfortunate reality is that we're paying $150/mo to maintain a few hundred gallons of warm water (but not warm enough!) outside our home this winter. Other than these fatal flaws, the remainder of the spa is quite nice; sturdiness of the sides, overall function, etc. Only other gripe I'd have is that the chemical dispenser says it'll fit any 1 inch tab, and it doesn't--I have to cut ours in half to get the lid closed. That's very tolerable, the heating/cost issue very much isn't. Wish I could recommend this product but buyer beware, especially if you live where it gets cold outside! ... show more

  • Awesome
Style: Helsinki (Standard)
I do not do many reviews (almost none), but felt compelled to write this one as my wife and I questioned if this would be worth the time and money. Please note: We have only had this tub for 3 days, so I will be back in 3 months to update how we feel about it then. For the price, my wife and I were honestly expecting an adult kiddy pool, but that was not the case. This item came shipped in a fairly small box (for a hot tub) and was easy to move with a dolly. Once the box was unloaded, it was easy for 1 person to move the items around in the room. When the hot tub is filled with air, my wife and I can move it with one hand each via the handles on the side of the tub. The tub did not take long to setup (22 minutes for 1 person) and filled in just a couple hours. Being that we live in Fla, we wanted it to be pool temperature and did not require the heater as the water was at 90 degrees within just a couple days. The design and look of the hot tub is very well done and does not look cheap. We are proud to have it on our screened in patio. The motor and heater has 2 cup holders once you lift the touch pad upwards, which is nice, but I suspect most people do not want to have the motor facing outward and this could mean that you are across the pool from it if you have a nice view that you want to look out at. We wish we had ordered steps to make it easier for the wife to get into (she is 5'4"), but that was an easy fix. We wondered about the floor not being that thick, but the buoyancy of your body in the water makes you light on the bottom and is very comfortable even on a hard surface. The top for the spa is very nice and includes lock downs for windy days to prevent the top from flying away. The only issue that we have (at is is not a big deal), is that the lid has a blowup center that is not attached directly to the lid (for keeping the center floating and to prevent water pooling in rain, etc) and the rim under the lid that holds the blow up piece in place gets water in it and always spills out when you remove the lid. Other than that, this (so far) is well worth the money... ... show more
