The media could not be loaded. First allow me to address the company, To the eldryvon staff, too many times us customers are quick to send a nasty email when the equipment we buy does not function as we expected but quickly forget when an excellent company like yours, that not only produces excellent equipment for the elderly, and to its credit it does not hesitate to back up. Recently I bought an elderly Scooter for the elderly, and it developed issues with the rear wheels and to my amazement, they quickly responded to my trouble call, and this is where the star of the show showed up. Irene was in charge of assisting me on the call, and she took care of me, with her guidance on troubleshooting, her daily email and making sure that the part arrived as she had promised. The part was delayed, not to the fault of the company, but to the fault of FEDEX. When I emailed her about the issue, not expecting her to do anything, since it was not their fault, she quickly called FEDEX and notified me that part had been once again in route. So in closing, I am super graceful that my brother is on the road again and I enjoyed a great experience Thank You

I received my scooter quickly within 3 days awesome. Looks perfect however haven’t did a test drive yet so I’ll get back with that review when I test drive it. They did an excellent job of delivering the item to my home. Everything is intact.

Turning radius not good and little bit rough ride, but if I could I would give it a 7 or 8 rating! Easy to disassemble and load in our suv, very handy to have when stores don’t have drivable carts. Took to our grandsons football game and worked great!
