The pool itself is absolutely amazing and exactly what my family was hoping for. The quality is great, assembly was straightforward, and once filled, it has been the perfect addition to our backyard. The size is fantastic, and we're looking forward to enjoying it all summer. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the delivery process. There were multiple tracking numbers, changing delivery dates, and a lot of confusion between shipping companies. We spent a significant amount of time trying to locate the shipment and get accurate information. That said, once the pool finally arrived, it was worth the wait. If you're purchasing this pool, I highly recommend it. Just be prepared that the shipping experience may not be as smooth as the product itself. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ... show more

We absolutely love our pool. There is only one downside, which is the pump wished it would’ve came with a better pump. Had to buy a different pump, but the pool itself is a five star.

    • Brand new had 5 leaks
I bought this pool in late July last year to replace a 6 year old Intex. I kept it in the boxes until this spring and opened it up and assembled it May. I have been setting up pools like this for at least 30 years and I am careful not to drag the liner and am super careful to avoid any abrasions. I’ve never had any trouble until I filled this one up with water. It had at least 5 leaks in the brand new liner. Since it sat in storage for 300 days there is no warranty left for some relief from this problem. I am extremely disappointed in this product and will never buy a Bestway Pool again. Stick with Intex which is a little bit more expensive but has never let me down! ... show more

    • Buy string because the string it comes with is not good!
The only thing that’s annoying is the strings it comes with break , I have less then 10 left because the rest have wen bad from the weather and broke! I went and bought some other strings and they have actually lasted! I’m really disappointed because of that because when the strings broke it made some of the holes rip. Also the pump is NOT big enough for the size of the pool!!! ... show more

4 stars for the pool & 2 stars for shipping. I gave 2 🌟's for shipping because CEVA Logistics has TERRIBLE tracking updates and the delivery guy was extremely rude-For one, he "floored it" when reversing into the driveway nearly striking my vehicle (missed striking it by a few inches if that) and for two, my husband informed me he had to really "twist his arm" to get him to pull forward just 5 more feet to where we wanted to lay down the pool. He described him as a "grump." Ceva also does not have any way to get ahold of them via telephone for immediate replies. Besides that, the pool seems solid and good so far. Just MAKE SURE to lay it out on a perfectly even surface- I made the mistake of not leveling the ground and we could not fill the pool entirely with the majority of the water on one end of the pool. Its definitely a 2 person job to set up (It came with all of its contents and instructions). Instructions you may find in the second or third step box (You will receive three boxes in all wrapped in one very large box). The ladder will hold you!! I am a plus size person so if it can hold me, you'll be fine. The pool cover it comes with works well-securely covers the entire pool and be sure you let a little air out of the pump and let it run a few minutes first before thinking it does not work.     • Never allow RDX to make a delivery
Sofar for two days it showes out for delivery today but nothing who the hell would allow packages to be delivered by a company such RDX if the pool is not here tomorrow I will cancel the order I don't play games do what you say your doing or get out
