Soooooo much better than lifting little kids in and out, or any other option. This is worth it. It is very sturdy. Obviously you could rock it back and forth if you wanted, but if it's on level ground and you're not using it improperly, it's very sturdy and we all feel safe using it. I bought a bestway kids pool that is 26inchs tall and this is the shortest ladder i could find and it is perfect for it! My 2 year old daughter can get up and down easily on this and it was very easy to assemble.

The bolts that hold it all together after assembly are plastic! They strip out when tightened so it’s not wobbly. Half of the six wouldn’t even begin to tighten onto the bolts they were already stripped. Like when they were molded no threads were formed on them. So it’s it’s waiting for me to get to a hardware on my 1 day off a week to find metal nuts to finish it. So no it’s not sturdy not easy to assemble and not stable without tightened bolts and nuts that are plastic!😆 ... show more
