  • I made myself a new chill hangout spot after work.
The media could not be loaded. One of the best purchases I've made in a long time. I ordered it impulsively after hearing word of mouth theat they are great. I've seen these things for years on pallets in retail stores and never thought much about them other then how tacky they must look and how much of a hassle they must be. I was definitely wrong. Arrived quickly, heavy box. Need a hand truck for sure. swept out an empty corner with an outlet on my otherwise unused lanai and opened it up. Setup was simple. Came with the spa itself, the control unit, the regular cover with the cambuckles, a filter and housing, a chemical dispenser and all the hoses to fill it up, and an extra insulated cover. Setup was fast and easy. Hook up the inflator hose to the control unit and connect the other end to the one way valve marked "1" and turn on. You use the bubble motor to inflate it, took only a minute or so. Then you fill the inflatable portion of the cover in the port marked "2". Now your off to filling with water. Water took about two hours for me, but I have a small diameter hose I was using, so your mileage may vary, but heating the water initially took A LONG TIME. Took overnight in fact to get that first time to 104. Usage is fantastic. Went and got some Bromine tablets, Ph up & down, anti foam, and some test strips from a local pool chemical supply store, tossed in some bromine and dove in. I set up a tv on the wall in the corner and I have a new place to relax after work. I unwind in this thing every night and I regret not getting one sooner. I've also since purchased two must have accessories. The cup / snack holder from Lazy Spa (need this for drinks and remote) and the Lazy Spa LED light that screws into place where the discarded chemical dispenser connects. A couple things to note: The blower on the bubble maker is super loud. A vacuum cleaner level of volume right next to you. I think a conversation is doable, though you do have to speak up, but watching tv required earbuds to hear with the jets on. Jets off it's totally fine but what's point of that right? Also the jets will rapidly lower the temperature of your water, especially on cold nights. It has gone down 5 degrees in fifteen minutes on a chili Florida winter night. Just bare that in mind. If you want to prolong your time it's best to start out with them off until your almost ready to get out, then run them until the water gets too lukewarm. It will take a couple hours with the cover on to get back to max temp. The chemical dispenser connector that came with this thing is dumb. You are supposed to use it to put the bromine tablets in the dispenser and then the filtered water that comes back in through the outlet passes through the tablets and back into the spa. The problem though, is that the tablets don't fit so you have to break them up and they make a mess everywhere. After a few days messing with it and not getting a decent bromine reading I gave up and just took a small plastic bottle the diameter of the tablets, drilled a bunch of holes in it, put a few tablets in and tossed it in the spa like a floater. Works perfect. You can't go wrong with one of these. Big quality of life upgrade. It feels like luxury for a very small cost. ... show more

  • This is a deal
When I ordered this, I was wondering what I would get for $500 in a spa. Once I got it open, start setting it up and even used it, I was pretty impressed you get a pretty nice spa for the money.. nice quality, works great and I would recommend this to anybody who is looking for some kind of hot tub and not have to pay $7000 or $8000 ... show more

  • Hot Tub
This was my first time owning a hot tub and so far I have been impressed with it overall. Looks very good on my patio and does not take up a lot of room on patio. Easy to install/hookup. Good leg room since I am tall as well. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

  • Like my new spa!
Easy setup and install. Inflated in about 5 minutes, filling with water to minimum water level about 45 minutes. Heated to 100 degrees in about 6 hours. Thermal cover is a plus.

  • Surprisingly pleased!
With all of the inflatable spas out there, I went with Coleman- a well trusted brand and i was not disappointed. First, it was well packaged. Boxes inside of boxes- but well packaged. The instructions were a little confusing with mostly just pictures- but have no fear, there is a video online! Much easier to follow and more clear. With just using the video- the set up was 20-30mins tops. I know a few people were complaining that it is not heating up- but have patience! It takes a good 36 hours to go from 50degrees F to the top temp 104F. So now to the good part- using it! The Jets were located all around the bottom of the spa and were surprisingly strong. It doesn’t offer the direct jets on your legs are on your back, but if you’re looking for a little light massage, this is the spa for you. For an inflatable spa. It was very comfortable and definitely relaxing. The only downside that me and my boyfriend could find was lack of neck support or pillows around the perimeter. But using a folded up towel may be a quick solution. We have had the spa set up for a bit over two weeks and love using it. Ee have used it in below freezing temps and stayed rather hot for a while- the jets being on made the temp drop a bit- but the spa kept its warmth better when the jets were kept off(keep in mind that was we used it in temps in the teens!). Overall would totally recommend if you dont have the financial capacity for installing a real hot tub, have limited space, or just want to try one out to see if you want a more permanent spa in your house/yard. ... show more
