Perfect! Easy to set up. 1 day later and we’re in a 104 degree hot tub. Plenty hot for us! We put ours in our 2.5 car garage. The change it had made for us is immeasurable. At 67, with multiple surgeries, my joints hurt. This takes away the pain and stiffness. It’s the first thing I do every morning. First off let me say this is a Great Inflatable Hot Tub ! Extremely fast delivery. Box is heavy but was in great shape. Easy set up. Two person set up helps. Buy the hot tub with WiFi and the energy efficient cover. With WiFi hooked up you don't need to go out to check on it all the time. With the energy efficient cover it recovers a lot faster than without it. It generally heats up about 2 degrees an hour, without the cover about 1 degree an hour, I tested it with outside temp around 50 degrees. I filled mine to the max level first and with two people using it we were at the minimum level when done. That's without splashing all around, because the bubbles work quite well and will splash water out constantly. You will need a few things with any hot tub purchase. Good bottom mat, don't skimp on this item or you will regret it, much softer on the body. Chemicals are a must. Small fine hand net, for hair and bugs etc. Lots of towels for drying off. You will use lots of water depending on the amount of people use it, and how often. I have lower back pain is why I purchased it and although not a $10,000 hot tub, it does feel very good on my back, I do wish it was a little hotter than 104 but it will do. So far the quality is great, no leaks, pump is quiet in heat mode, I haven't tried the timer but I really don't need it With the App. I can check the temp. and start and stop it, adjust the temp, and start the bubbles inside the house. All in all I am satisfied so far with this Hot Tub, and time will tell how it holds up.

So unfortunate. Really excited about it. Easy set up, worked right away, about 2 days to get up 104. Very enjoyable. Then the wifi function stopped after 3 weeks. Did all of the possible troubleshooting options. Nothing worked. Bestway contacted and told to try to do a warranty replacement. A couple days later, it would not heat over 93- 95 degrees. Tried all possible troubleshooting, but it just cannot heat. Contacted warranty process but that will take a few weeks. Dont have trust this will be a product that lasts unfortunately.

I really give this tub 4.5 stars and the only reason it’s not 5 stars is it just takes a long time to heat up. It does heat up about 3 degrees per hour so you do need to plan ahead. Besides that, it is AMAZING!! It is comfortable, very easy to set up and take down. The bubbles are bubbles not jets, and they do drop the temperature about 3 degrees when you turn them on. It is very sturdy. I’m around 200lbs and I can easily sit on the edge. We looked at a lot of hot tubs and ended up with this one and I highly recommend it if you’re considering one. It fits me, my wife and teenage son, and even then we all can not stretch out. So I think it’s perfect for 2 adults. If you’re thinking about it, get this one. You’ll love it!!

Three weeks in and very pleased. Still working on getting the water chemicals fine tuned, but that's separate from this product. Purchased in November in Iowa, temperatures have been well below recommendations for outdoor operations, but thought we'd give it a try and it has performed very well. The quality seems to be very good. Even with the cold temperatures, it hasn't lost a notable amount of air. I did set it up/ inflate indoors and carry it outside. That way three vinyl is at a warm enough temperature to stretch as it should. Placed it on top of 1.5" foam board to help insulate the bottom side. But beyond that, the snap on cover and the energy saver insulated cover that covers all the way to the ground have kept it at 104 in below zero temperatures. I've kept the pump running continuously (we'll see how the electric bill is) and we put an insulated jacket on that as well. Do have temperature drop while in use, but minor and to be expected. The only negative so far is that the inflatable piece of the snap on cover had 2 pin holes out of the box, but I believe I have been able to address those. Overall, very happy and have enjoyed with our family of 4.

Did a lot of research on inflatable hot tubs and decided on this one. Has been amazing so far! Have had it up and going for almost 2 months now, use is multiple times a week as a hot tub and a cold tub. It does take about 48hours to heat up the first time but after that it only takes an hour or 2 to heat a few degrees. We have had to drain the water twice now so (user error) and have had to refill and reheat from house water twice and still didn’t notice an increase in our electrical bill. Filter and chlorine filter are easy to access and have been working great! The extra cover top is amazing to keep the heat in! Have not noticed any deflation or increase in electrical bill which it what I was concerned about! I don’t think 6 people would fit comfortably in the tub but definetely 3-4! My family really enjoy the hot tub :)

Our daughter purchased this spa for her back porch. She absolutely loves it! She also bought a small pool vacuum to keep it clean. The jets aren’t therapeutic strength, but after a long day of working on her feet, this spa is perfect for her! Great purchase for the money! No leaks, so far.

I have had this hot tub for almost a year now. This has been money very well spent in my opinion. Some reviews may state that the temp drops too quickly etc. any potential buyer needs to consider that this isn’t a $4k hot tub running off high voltage. Also - think about how long you actually want to sit in a hot tub. I find that with a starting temp of 104 F it will drop to about 100 F in colder weather. This is after about 30 minutes in the hot tub. I don’t know about some folks but 30 minutes is a long time to be sitting in fairly hot water. The relaxation factor with this thing is off the charts. For tired and shall we say “experienced” bones and muscles this thing is fantastic. I have zero regrets. It is easy to setup and maintain. The bubbles are amazing and provide an exceptional massage for your back and shoulders.
