The spa is great! Pros - quick set up and easy, like the ability to take it down fairly easily to store. You sit on a nice cushion pad on ground and it is comfortable. Was hesitant to order because of this but found it is comfy. Great for 2, not sure on 3 or 4 due to water level rising but all depends on your size, with 2 people with bubbles on you will loose some water. Bubbles are powerful, ours drops 2 degrees when on, this will vary and change with outside temperature. Cons - would be great if it came with possibly and APP on phone and or programmability. Only programming available is a one time delayed start time with one set time to run, but it doesn't repeat. On a side note we use the FROG chemical floater for hot tubs, set on the #1 setting and the water has been good for a couple weeks without adding anything. It is available on Amazon. Highly recommend the Spa, great value over spending a ton of money. ... show more

I have been looking for a smaller 2 person hot tub for several years but they are all so expensive. $3k on the low end. I finally took the chance on a soft side and so far we are very pleased. We were able to set this item up and get it heating in 1 hour and 20mins. Nicely packaged, all parts accounted for, quality build and materials. It is heating as I create this review. The instructions leave a bit to the imagination using almost solely pictograms but it was rather easy. We also added foam interlock pad on the concrete patio (noted this idea in another review) for added protection. We may even move it inside to the basement for fall and winter use too. Great little hot tub for the price. My two complaints are: 1-the set up instructions were terrible. I found a youtube video to walk me through the set up quite easily. 2-the fastener locks for the cover are nearly impossible to open once they click closed. It's frustrating to try to open them.

First off, I’m not basing my rating off the directions, but they are horrible! Some of the worst I’ve ever seen. 3 weeks in we are returning the hottub. We enjoyed it but the main tub was slowly losing air, as well as the cover. Not a good sign after just a few weeks. Despite filling it up to the recommended line, with 2 people in the tub, having the jets on would splash a lot of water out every time. Not only do the jets splash water but they make the temp go down very fast. In ambient air temperature of 50-60 degrees the hottub will go from 104 to 102 in about 5 minutes, and down to 100 in 10-15 minutes. The jets make it drop significantly faster but even with them off it’s a bummer the unit can’t keep up with maintaining heat. We enjoyed using it despite the temp dropping and the jets were quite nice. I think if they designed this tub with a higher wall, a stronger heating unit, and found a solution to the air leaking problem (seems to be pretty common with inflatables) it really would be an awesome product. ... show more

Bought in may. Didn’t use all summer. Filled it in Oct and November turned it in and won’t bubble. Heard a pop still inflated but no bubbles. Didn’t last long.
