I had really high hopes for this product. I bought two to cover our 18’ x 9’ pool. It went up like a dream and was amazing for about two weeks. That’s when the issues started. The fabric which seemed durable started to disintegrate. I kept repairing the splits with tape, but eventually it was more tape than original fabric. I then replaced the fabric with tarps that I clipped to the frame. About two months in is when the metal parts of the frame started rusting. The whole thing fell apart within 10 weeks. Once you get the hang of it, it does its job. It does look flimsy so you have to be mindful of the weather. when I see we’re getting some strong wind or thunderstorms, I loosen it up and drop it into the water. I set it up by myself so it is doable. You just need to find a sweet spot for the straps. Start with the outer ends and it’s ok if it dips into the water as You’re strapping but don’t tighten yet. Once all strapped, you slowly lift it out of the water until arched and start tightening straps. I didn’t anchor it to the ground as seen in the pictures I just spun it into the polls and it still works to hold it from going forward. Those other people complaining that it won’t stay up is because they haven’t figured it out. ... show more

This product has alot of potential. We have a 12x20 oval pool and it fit perfectly. Fabric is rather thin and I felt like it let in alot of light when it should have been blocking it out. I was gonna sew a new thicker fabric cover to slide over the poles to shade the pool when i had a few days off. But We've had it up for about 2.5 weeks and all the metal joints are rusted out. The rust wasn't so much of an issue for me. But the plastic clamps that were in the sun all day got sun faded and one of them snapped and broke where the pole attached to it. So it's completely unusable now. If it was in stock I would possibly order another one and just make sure the clamps are covered in some way to protect them from the constant sun. I think with some quality improvements it would be an Awesome product. ... show more

This product was somewhat difficult to set up, but only after a few months of use it ripped all over the fabric and the tears just got worse and worse. It's very cheaply made, I can't believe they charge the amount they do for this product. And, when I tried to get customer service support, the website it sends you to requires a username and password to some sort of internal site. Also, this wasn't very easy to set up, FYI. ... show more
