I waited a little over a month of use to review this item, just to give the best insight I can for everyone who was in the same situation of skepticism with so many options on pool covers! This is a good price for the product. I wasn’t sure about having drain holes in the center now I know how much help this is when putting on by myself I couldn’t have it any other way! Keeps ample amount of dirt and leaves out plus drains for easy removal and placements. This cover attracts the sun where you can feel the warmth coming off the cover. The thickness isn’t to heavy nor to thin! It’s perfect for our 12x30 steel bestway max. Same shape make take a few try’s to find your easiest way if you don’t have a second person but as a 5”3 130lb individual I now can take on and off within a minute or two. I used a clip to hold one end on and I pull the other side over. Voila perfecto! ... show more

    • A little snug but protects pool from tons of debris
The cover was a little snug, I really had to pull hard and tight to get it to fully cover the pool but it managed and once on its taut and has good stability it doesn't sink. It's durable and hasn't torn. It keeps the top layer of the pool heated but not the whole pool. It's a little hard to take off when it rains and all the water is pooled in the bottom part section of the cover. Keeps out all the leaves though so it's good for now. ... show more

My experience with the Bestway Flowclear PVC Round 12 Foot Pool Cover was nothing short of frustrating. Despite purchasing the appropriate size for my pool, it did not fit as expected. The cover was too small, leaving portions of the pool exposed and vulnerable to debris. Despite my efforts to stretch it, the material seemed flimsy and prone to tearing. This lack of proper fit and durability is disheartening, especially considering the investment made. Moreover, the lack of clear instructions made installation cumbersome. I would not recommend this pool cover, as it failed to fulfill its fundamental purpose and left me dissatisfied with its overall quality and performance. ... show more

Easy to attach to pool. Easy to remove. The cover has small holes to allow air to flow and rain water to drain a bit into the pool. A string around the edge allow you to tighten the cover once placed on the pool, and you can draw the string tighter and secure it to the pool's metal legs. You will need clamps to hold the cover in place as you attach it to the pool if you have no one to help you. You can remove the clamps once the cover is secured. It really takes two or three people to attach the cover to the pool - otherwise as you drag it over the pool, the soft fabric simply falls off of the far end into the pool as you try to cover the pool. ... show more

I really like this pool cover, well made with drainage holes so you don't have to pump water off the top. I did size up, 12 ft cover for a 10 ft pool. It has extra room on the sides which makes it easy to put on and take off. The drawstring helps it stay tight in the wind. It doesn't blow it off like my last cover.
